Select Auto Sales

Select Auto is a used car dealership off Cottage Hill and one off Airport. From the management to salesman they're some BIG Con- Artist. We purchased a vehicle from them 2 weeks later we had to take it back something was wrong with the motor. They kept our vehicle for 4 months and it still wasn't working right but this is the issue we had with them they sold our information to an finance company that we knew nothing about. We were paying on a vehicle that we couldn't even drive so after we started to ask questions about the vehicle or to see if could get another vehicle they flip on us. So let me tell you guys like this DO NOT 🚫 USE THIS COMPANY

We could not be happier with our car. The owner, Mo, is a really stand up guy…an actual HONEST used car salesperson!! We paid cash and I was hesitant about it cause he totally could have screwed us over if something was wrong with the car. We bought a 2016 BMW 528i with a tiny bit over 100k miles on it. There was a crack in our windshield and the car needed serviced. Mo took care of both of those things. We’ve since changed the breaks. We currently have an oil pan gasket leak and Mo is putting us in touch with his guy to make sure we don’t have to wait forever and even more important, don’t get taken for a ride on the price either. If you want to be able to shop in confidence, I highly recommend you going to Select Auto Group and talking to Mo ASAP!!

I read a review about the guy Zoom. There's nothing zoom about him, the process, the communication or anything. I filled out the application once I selected and never got a call back to tell me everything was good or there was an issue. I hope I never hear anyone speaking of getting a vehicle from this place. I believe the previous reviews now. I will tell anyone not to deal with this company even if they needed a car to save their life. Definitely a zero star business

I bought a car in cash from this dealer on January 7th of 2025. I’m stationed in Florida so it was an out of state purchase. When I bought the car the vehicle only had a quarter tank in it. The salesman gave me $20 for gas ,but it didn’t even fill it up to half a tank because it’s a big SUV. If I’m spending thousands of dollars at your business the least you can do is fill it up with gas. They don’t give you temp tags and I got stopped twice by police stating I didn’t have plates. I showed them my bill of sale and they said I can only drive my car for twenty days after my purchase date. I called the dealer and asked the status of my title and the salesman said it usually takes 6-8 weeks for me to receive my title. Ok so you’re saying at the very least I’d have to wait 42 days to get my title for a car that I bought in cash? Keep in mind that is 22 days past how long the bill of sale is valid for. I’ve now been waiting for 52 days now and my car has just been sitting in the parking lot for 32 days because I can’t get plates on it. I’ve been calling consistently to see where my title is and no one seems to have any idea. I’m sorry if this makes me seem like a Karen ,but if I can help anyone by persuading them to get a car somewhere else, that’s enough for me.
