Select Auto Group LLC

After visiting a dealership in Foley, AL and not getting the car we THOUGHT we wanted, we came down to Select Auto Group LLC in Mobile Alabama. Zoom gave us options and put us in a reliable vehicle. They were very honest about the vehicles they were showing us and were very patient. So thank you SELECT AUTO GROUP LLC for putting us in our 2010 Chevrolet Tahoe.

I came to select auto sale to purchase a car that was very gracious. They took a time with us to make sure that we had the best quality car. I recommend everyone to select auto sale. Thanks to Mo and zoom

Attention to detail was poor. Car was not cleaned before pickup, low tire pressure and empty tank upon pick up, different prices from the different salesmen, car in stock one day, not in stock the next, back in stock a week later, opened later than advertised for the day, car was missing a small inlet cover that they could have easily put on for $20, was sent away with missing paperwork and had to call like 5 times about that over a 2 week window. It was like a dozen small problems with these people. No major issues, but lots of small eye rolls. Attention to detail was poor.

Edit: been having problems with it every since I’ve left thousands of dollars down the drain! Loved my experience with them, They had a real easy process and I left with my car the same day . Also everyone was very nice and welcoming!

Bad business don’t car for people and they hard earned money they spent with them and it’s sad $3000 gone down the drain
