These people were genuinely awesome. Came in, needing a vehicle, they helped me out big time on pricing were super cool and professional all together. Their mechanics were on top of getting something done real fast to make it good. Would highly recommend this place all day to anybody.

I got my 2020 chevy malibu from them 2 months ago and its literally the best decision that i could have made for a buy here pay here. It runs so smooth and the pricing was reasonable and car note every month is very reasonable. They even made sure tires was changed before even pulling off their lot!!!!

So story time for today is about the second truck I purchased this year that I got played over! So I purchased this vehicle & the very same day the engine light came on. So I had to take it back & leave it for 3 days. When I was called to get it back, after driving it off the lot I noticed a list of things that was wrong with it. Not to mention I got stopped by the police b/c the turning signal wasn’t working, and the engine light came on again. So I took it back for the 2nd time within the same week. So they called me back to pick it up, not only was the light still not working but the middle seat belt was broke and not bulted to the floor. So my daughter was not secured in her seat belt. So, I took it. Back for a third time, they claimed to fix absolutely everything and that it was no more problems. Well, that was a lie! 2 days later I discovered not only was the middle seat belt still broken but the seat belt my son was in was broken as well. Also the car stopped accelerating and won’t go past 50 to 60 miles. If I tried to go past that the truck would try and stop. So for the very last time I sent it back and told them I didn’t want it! I asked for my money back or to be placed in a better vehicle and they refused. Showing absolutely no good customer service, or care for the safety of my life or my children’s lives. This happened all in 3 weeks of purchasing this vehicle!

Carland is by far one of the worst car places in Mobile Alabama. They sale lemons the lot is filled with horrible cars and they will get over on you if let them. I advise you to go up there with an experienced mechanic to check out any car you get or please dont go at all. So I bought a 2012 Toyota Canry from them August 12th 2025 the 2nd day I drove my car black smoke was coming out the back of my car. Within the first 20 days my car was making a weird noise so I called an on mechanic on August 22th and he said it was my wheel bearing I got it fixed. That next week my transmission went out I took my car back up there while I was at CarLand explaining my concerns about my car they were all chatting about what salad they wanted from zaxbys as if my problems weren’t any of there concern. Then one of my men who own it looks at me and says in the most casual way possible “ Your transmission could be going out” and continues there conversation about lunch and didn’t take the situation seriously until my parents had to get involved and they also told me I didn’t have to pay for them to fix it but once they found out I had to get work done on my car they blamed my mechanic and I had to pay $100 to get my car back and Saul proceeded to say to me “ This is why you don’t go to backyard mechanics “ as if I didn’t go to an “back yard” car dealer ship and purchased a lemon. As time goes on my car is giving me so many problems I have had this car since August it is currently April so not even an YEAR. In december my car got so bad that I decided to take it to CarLand and have them look at it I dropped it off bright and early and around 10am they called me back and Saul proceeded to say “ It will cost $500 to fix everything” he listed everything I needed fixed and said My car is a “Safety Hazard” & he is surprised it’s able to drive. Mind you I just purchased this car 4 months ago… Okay. From August to Now which is April 2026 my car had given me nothing but trouble to be paying an car note & having to get things handled is a bit much. On April 5th 2026 my motor went out on me at an red light within 9 months of me having this car they sold me. They are horrible and I would never recommend them to anyone I pray they get everything the deserve and more because they are getting over on anyone who has an down payment and are in need of an car they do not care what they sale. Please do not purchase or step foot on the pavement of CarLand this is my first car and its the worst experience on my life.

This car land is by far the most scammed out place to get a car from in mobile they fool you with the luxuries of cars they have soon as I got this car the mileage was very high , I kept maintenance up on the vehicle and the radiator went out in 2 months , I haven’t had this car for a year and this cars transmission went out completely had metal shavings in the metal pan so they tried to charge me 2200 plus what I put down on the car 3500 , on top of paying a 300 car note and owing at least 8,000 by the time the transmission went out the guy was very snooty and mean about even helping I took it to another transmission place he stated the converter was out which is the part in between the motor and the transmission , which means if I would have paid 2200 the money would’ve been wasted because something else would have been wrong too. This was a2016 ford fusion . Do not waste your money with car land this place is a rip off . I told the manager I’m not paying that and I would rather get another car he told me he will see me in court this is some straight up money hungry mess . Do not waste your money.
