My wife and I were in the market for a good used S Class Mercedes. We found one on-line at Ethan Hunt that looked like what we were looking for. We drove over from the eastern shore to check it out. When we saw the car, especially the interior, we were ecstatic. Our salesperson Allen was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. He made us feel right at home. We drove the car and knew we had to have it. It’s a 2015 with 80K miles and in perfect condition. It was priced about $9K less than NADA clean retail. What more could I ask for?The car is impeccable and I feel like these guys did me right. I would highly recommend giving them a look ,if you’re looking for a good quality car at a reasonable price….

Allen Williams is the best! I was able to get a car in less than 24 hours 2 states away. My credit wasn't the best but Allen and Isaiah were able to get it done. They made sure my car was clean, fully functioning, and my rates were affordable. It doesn't get any better than this!!

BAD BUSINESS! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and spoke with ISIAH regarding a car. Was approved and told to wait on a call from finance for the next steps. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. The next morning I get a call from ISIAH saying they SOLD THE CAR that night after I applied 🙃 1st strike. Then I’m told they have other vehicles available. Being that I was already approved I decided to give it a try but work directly with the owner ETHAN. I get approved for another vehicle that was $4000 more than the original and required a higher down payment. I drive from New Orleans to Mobile, AL to sign the contract, am told to purchase car insurance and the car is mine. After I arrive and sign all paperwork and provide the insurance policy I’m told there’s an issue with the lender because my proof of residency paperwork had a past due balance by 3 days. Was advised to pay the bill and provide proof, I do it on the spot and provide proof instantly. I wait 4 1/2 hours at the dealership for the next steps and eventually have to leave for work. 2nd strike. I remain patient and am told by ETHAN that he will keep me updated as he is working things out. He did not keep me updated, 3rd strike. I return to the dealership due to ETHAN not returning calls, ETHAN refuses to step out of his office and tells ISIAH to tell us the bank is closed and he has no update. The guy didn’t even have enough decency to come speak with me directly, 4th strike. It has now been 6 DAYS and ETHAN will not return calls or texts and I am still receiving emails about applications but no answer from the dealership. These people not only wasted my time but my money being that I purchased car insurance for a vehicle that I was supposedly “approved” for. They do not even have enough respect to TELL THE TRUTH which is that they dropped the ball and should’ve advised the bill must be paid prior to submitting it for proof of residency. Instead they avoid accountability and will let you throw away your money. Everyone that works at the dealership is a liar and shady. If ISIAH had a potential buyer the same day as me I should have been advised of such, not lie and say someone came at 7pm closing and bought the vehicle AFTER I was approved and waiting on THEM to provide the next steps. Complete waste of time. They ran my credit 15+ times, just everything was a mess. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, this was the worse decision ever to even consider them for business and now I have to fight with an insurance company for a policy on a car that idk what the hell is going on with. ETHAN SUCKS and ISIAH will screw you over for a dollar. NEVER AGAIN!
