I wouldn’t deal with these people when you get your vehicle you’ll see why. And they want full coverage insurance at all times I switch my insurance and was going to update them on the following day had the car 2Weeks and they came to pick up my vehicle without notice then I went to pick it up the same day the car had been damaged this car lot will shout down by the time I’m done.

I bought a car for my 16 year old daughter, 2 days later I returned it because it was blowing white smoke and the power steering was hard. They claim to have fixed it. A week later, the Motor goes out only to be told, I have to pay 900 towards fixing the motor. I am livid. I haven’t had the car 20 days and didn’t drive a complete week. What appears to be a great dealership turned out to be a scam. Worst dealership ever.

I recently bought an SUV from here and well let's just say it's nothing but junk and they want 8,000 for. Not only have we only had a few weeks but in that time period 5 different things have been wrong with it. I asked only a few days to a week if we could trade it in and he said one thing well today I was told that if my credit was better he would do it but its not. I have 2 kids and stuck with a vehicle that barely gets me from point A to point B and im stuck with it because they will not do a trade in. So I do not recommend buying from Universal Motors.

Bought a “descent vehicle,” and within 24 hours, brakes went to the floor and went out, I called to ask about any type of maintenance, I first disturbed the office manager on her lunch, so I called the salesman, Thad. I explained what happened and he said to get it back up there and they’d look at it and get it fixed…we had to make several stops to put brake fluid in it to get it back up there, it was 2 hours till they closed, said it’d be first thing in the morning…guess what, it’s the next morning, they haven’t touched it yet, been open 2 hours. So, here we are, haven’t had this vehicle 48 hours, and it’s still sitting in their parking lot, waiting!!

This place is not a car lot, it's a junk yard. The staff are crooks, that take advantage of people who don't know much about cars. Jason sold my son a car with multiple issues,two days later, they wont take it back or fix it. The car is a hazard to be on the road. This should be illegal to take advantage of people. They sell trash and keep your money when you call them out on it. It's sad that these people have made my son's first car buying experience a nightmare.
