Go see Dale for your next car. He is very easy to work with and friendly. Picking out, buying and making payments was a breeze. Also he’s not overbearing and he doesn’t try to push you into something you really don’t want.

They promise a lot, but do not follow through! Don't expect to get a clean car. They will promise a detailing, but they had mine for three days and it was still filthy. They promised to remove the vinyl off the front, but my son ended up paying someone $200 to get that done. You won't get any satisfaction either, when you call them out on it. The car had a lot of little things wrong with it but that is expected on a 10 yr old used car. I won't fault them for that but they continously said they had checked it over extensively and there was nothing wrong with it at all. I do fault them for lying!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will rob you blind. They say their cars are checked and in good condition until you pay. I bought A car from them not even 2 days after I bought it. The alternator went out and the whole car died. They had it for 10 days supposedly fixed it just for me to drive it two more days and have the drive shaft brake completely in half while I was driving down the highway with my children. At this point they tell me I am not responsible. They have blocked my number and won't even answer my phone. I commute my children in this car and they don't care that they have put my children in danger with their shoddy mechanic work and they're even more shoddy sales tactics. At any cost avoid this place! Tell your friends tell everyone do not use Patriot Auto. All they do is lie and they do not stand behind their word whatsoever. If I could I would give it -10 stars but it's not an option so they get one.

Let me start off by saying Dalton is definitely great and honest. I purchased 2 vehicles from them unfortunately Dalton wasn't there when I made my second purchase. The 1-star is not for Dalton. Not to be long-winded however if you purchase a car from this dealership I advise you to get for a full service check-up even get your lug nuts taken off and put back on. I had my vehicle for 8 months and in the first 5 months had to replace a part that cost 3300 after being told it received a clean bill of health and oil had just been changed.(not true)Most recent I went to replace my tires on the car and they couldn't get my lug nuts off the car and they had to be drilled out I called the dealership for some help I was laughed at both times I called stating the length of time I had the vehicle the repair shop had to drill the bolts out of the rim to save the rim and rotor so it didn't have to be welded off. I was advised by the professional that thread locker was put on the bolts mind you this is my first time having my tires serviced if I had been on the side of the road nobody would have been able to get the bolts out. I paid over 60k between both of my vehicles from this place they will never get my business again. I won't refer anyone to this dealership. They get these cars from auction and patch them together once you leave the lot they take no responsibility for anything but there is a God that knows all. I wish Dalton much success hopefully at a different dealership!!!! This is my real review with the proof of everything I am saying!
