Not sure why so many of you had such horrible experience with Pam and the guys. I hope that's her name. Lol. I purchased a 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis LS V8 from these guys and I owned it for 9 years. I had the best experience with these guys. Low down payment and the payments were low as well, you can't beat that. I later sold the car due to some horrible mechanics ruining it. I purchased another vehicle elsewhere which I now own as well. Thank you guys!!! I need a work truck now. Something dependable I can flip and put money into and later resale.

Staff works with you. Down payments are very low only $800 intrest and all that is already added to the vehicle. Very flexible on payments. If your getting your first car or just have bad credit you dont have to worry you will be accepted. Just always make your car payments on time the car will get towed if you miss a payment.

Poor- Fair doesn't even begin to describe this place. We purchased a used car from this dealership and had nothing but problems with the vehicle. The biggest problem though is the RUDE, lying, and greedy staff. We were in the middle of moving and didn't make it to the dealership in time to make the payment Friday before closing. Once realizing this mistake we immediately called and left a message for someone to call us back about making the payment as soon as possible. We never received a phone call from anyone. On Monday (one business day later) the car was repossessed. I have never heard of a car being repossessed in one business day of a missed payment. We are very nice people and offered to pay them immediately but they treated us like criminals and almost ran our dogs over on the way out of the drive way. I was yelling stop, stop, stop as I tried to get my little dog out of the way as they kept rolling back. There was no actual "repo" company, no tow truck, just two people one of which who drove the car away and the other who was extremely rude to me while I was getting the dogs. They told us that if we came the shop the next day to make the payment ($200) we could have the car back. The next day my boyfriend called about coming to make the payment and they said it would be $440 now to get the car back because of the repo fee. They said they contracted out to a repo company which we found out is a LIE. A guy that works at the car lot and his wife repossessed the car. At this point I decided we should collect our things and finance a car through our bank. On the day we went to collect our things from the car lot they said they couldn't get into the car to get the things (another LIE) so we went back home to get the spare key. We came back finally the next Friday to get our things and they handed us soaking wet boxes of our belongings. They clearly had left all our things out in the rain. They ruined a $300 hp office jet printer which was broken into two pieces also, an expensive multi-effects pedal for a guitar, tools, a couple of video games, work clothes, and important documents. At this point I was outraged and went in the office to ask why everything was wet, where I was met with more LIES. She said the bed of the truck they brought the things up front in was wet, and I said " why is there water on top of everything then?". She replied condescendingly " He was washing cars out front maybe a sprinkle of water got on it". I said " No you drove it up front from out back, and it's SOAKING wet and there's dirt on it! Clearly its been left outside" Then she tried saying the "repo" lot did it. Which there is no repo lot because the guy that repossessed the car walked in the door behind me while I was in there and I have seen him working there every time I had been to the lot. We told them we were going to file a police report and she said that the contract says we aren't responsible for stolen things. I replied ummm nothing was stolen you ruined our belongings with your negligence. THANK YOU FOR READING MY REVIEW PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THESE LOW CLASS LIARS YOU HARD EARNED MONEY.

Nothing but crooks work here. I bought from them when they were on south parkway location. Very rude. Wouldn’t even give the truck a wash. I hope y’all file for bankruptcy and end up living under a bridge.

I went in person and talk to a dealer about a price and it was fine call the next day and they was very very rude.... a lady answered the phone after talking she hung up in my face. Called back and a man picked up...will never buy from them
