Carvana Huntsville

Hoo boy. Tried buying a car from them and trading in the electric I got from them. First attempt, the trade in had a flat, so they didn't deliver or pick up. Fixed the flat, schedule the next day, clear work, make sure everything is in order. Carvana cancelled at the last minute, as the car I was purchasing had a bad AC. Fair enough. Delivery attempt 3. 5-8pm window. Got a call from the driver saying they would arrive at 6:45pm. At 7:45 they show up. Again license, insurance, new tire on the trade in. All problems reported, the car is drivable. The delivery tech puts a little Scanner in the data port, which they left behind, and said she can't take my trade in because the car. an electric car, wouldn't crank. I tried to explain that cars without engines typically do not crank. Any electrical issues were reported. the car is functional. Nope, the little scanner is law. Would have been nice to know before wrecking my week. Ultimately cancelled the whole deal, and I will never work with such a poorly run and ridiculous company ever again. Complete and total waste of time.

Bought 2 cars there previously. This time around it was a nightmare. Our salesman was clueless. We paid to ship a car that arrived with undisclosed damage,and no one will return my call to talk tome about a refund. The corporate office took the complaint, but cant refund. Our salesman wanted us to buy a car that wouldn't start after a jump,so we could get it fixed faster. What a joke. I'll never get that time back,lesson learned. We bought in Atlanta and drove it back.

There aren't any cars here. The person at the "office" only said, "You have to do it all online." After I had driven over an hour away to go to their "on site* local location.

Carvana's cost is higher than expected, which doesn't make sense. If my credit is low, I'd rather go to a normal dealership where the maximum down payment is $2000. It seems like Carvana is trying to make more profit, which isn't fair. I'm not interested in doing business with them.

Went thru the process approved for loan and terms, took my deposit out of my account, then after receiving the money called me almost 9pm at night 4days before scheduled delivery and said oh no we don't finance for people who are contract delivery drivers!!!! Really. No where in the process did they ever state this, I would never have given them my deposit if that was the case. Still waiting for the return of my deposit
