Management not so nice! I went to pick up my car (paid in full cash) when I was met with Sayday, who was very hostile! She threatened to repo my fully paid for car because she didn’t like that I asked about my car being on empty when picking it up. I would never send anyone there with such poor and hostile service! Update! The owner has replied with a blatant lie. She was in the office. I have a recording of our phone call being threatened to be repossessed (even though I paid in full) all because my car was under empty when I picked it up! Not really good for business. That is in fact the woman I was speaking to also called/threatened by! Thank you.

I got a 2010 Ford Edge from them on January 17th 2025 drove it for 7 months. Then out of nowhere the water pump start leaking, the antifreeze was mixing with the motor oil and it didn't hold transmission fluid. I took it to the mechanic they checked it out he told me it will need a new engine. So I gave it back to them and the won't even give me any of my money back not even a penny. I don't know where Nicole at cause she was the nicest person that I talk to.
