They helped us get approved, worked with us with the deposit, held the truck for us, offered a warranty for the vechile, and met us to buy the vechile at a convenient time for us due to our work schedule. The truck runs great. Very clean! No problems with it. No hidden extra charges. 100% recommend!!! Mrs. Angie was great through the whole process!

Avoid this place at all cost!! We bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade at the end of April this year. The AC didn't work and the owner guaranteed the AC to be fixed before we took it home. That took nearly a month, and them having to take it to an off site mechanic because their in house mechanic was absolutely not qualified for any repairs! I have 3 kids and during this time was having to borrow vehicles to do the most basic every day tasks. The owner told us he had the motor rebuilt and that would save us 6-8k in the future on repairs for this year model being known for the AFM lifter failure..we thought that was amazing and were grateful at the idea of that! We finally got it home and drove it for maybe a week before the engine started the dreaded lifter failure tick. We sent video of the engine ticking and were completely ignored. No response. We finally got the vehicle to a mechanic since we were being completely ignored by this scam of a car lot. He tore the engine down and did confirm the engine had been worked on before BUTTTT head bolts were stripped AND broke off in the engine requiring a complete and total engine replacement!! Remember I have 3 kids and a husband who constantly works out of town. Me and my kids have basically been stranded all summer, and now that school has started back, are scrambling to borrow vehicles just to get them back and forth to school!! The mechanic told us last week that it will cost us an additional 14k out of pocket to get this Escalade back on the road!! After we have already paid 21k in FULL to motor cars of Birmingham!! And were COMPLETELY ignored by this place when trying to voice the issues! We were so kind and patient over the WEEKS AND RUN AROUND we received over something as simple as fixing the ac, just to be screwed completely over!! NO ONE can afford this kind of nonsense in these times, but here we are, because of a place that prides themselves in selling pieces of auctioned off junk! When I contacted them last week to receive a copy of the bill of sale for an extended warranty purpose, the response was "sorry you're having issues with your vehicle". 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
