Going beyond todays customer service to help me feel more comfortable Yahya covered my van until I got off vacation which really helped me get to know my new van and relax having a beautiful time with my family I truly appreciate you good humans so far everything has been great! No ugly comments here. I give a 2 because they are very nice people. But I purchased a car for $8300 so i didn't have payments and still ended up trading for a car with payments because the car I purchased here I couldn't trust on the interstate. I would have had a nice down payment on another car if i had not bought this car. I worked with the manager instead of the owner as the owner was on a trip for a month. I purchased a car Dec 7. Brought it back same day because of the engine light. It was tested and i was told it just needed fluid. Dec 9, i had several huge oil spots in my drive way. Also, power issues. Car wouldn't go over 30 mph on the interstate ramp. I brought it in, they replaced a plastic piece i think called a trans cooler. Dec 13, I brought it back in for pink color leaking, spots all over my driveway. I texted to confirm they are checking or fixing the leak, idle pulley they detected needing changed, tires, wipers. Dec 16 i picked it up at 4 pm. Dec 17, within 15 min of driving, the engine light came back on. Still having power issues too. Dec 18th, I stopped by, they checked it again with a machine and said nothing is wrong. It was the 2 workers saying nothing is wrong but i couldn't understand Spanish so i left. Manager not there that day. Dec 19th, i text the manager it was a few things online that it could be. I ended up with a 2nd loaner car and this time it was over Christmas. Dec 27th I was told they are cleaning the programming throttle. I got my car back around Jan 4th. I was told they replaced the trans cooler again for the oil leak. Around Jan 13th I texted complaining about oil leaks and the power to the car was sluggish, i was scared I would get hit because the car wouldn't go. He had no mechanic so I was to wait for a week. I took it to auto zone to be tested and there was a TURBO issue. I couldn't continue to be stressed like this driving an unreliable car. I traded this one in. Unfortunately, what i didn't want, which was payments on car, is what i have now. Yes they where nice to try to fix it. But i purchased the car a little over a month and they had my car more then i did trying to fix it. I have no lump sum of money nor anyone in the family that can fix this. I did ask at one point could it be traded back in to them and was told no, its against the policy and they'd have to do to much paperwork. It was a very nice looking car, but it was stressing to drive. My biggest concern was the acceleration/power issue which I found out was a Turbo issue. The oil leak was annoying too, staining my drive way. Pics attached. Each pic was a different day after getting my car back.

MAJOR DAMAGE WAS NOT DISCLOSED. Thought we were getting a great deal, low mileage and what an incredible price! Here we are now, thousands of dollars spent on car repairs because I did not know what my options were and I rely heavily on reliable transportation, as my husband is a disabled veteran. Started out with a trip to the mechanic for heavy shaking in the engine. Turns out the engine needed to be remounted. $5,000. About a week after that, turns out the suspension system was completely shot. Another $2000. The latest, as of yesterday had it in for more repair and was asked by the mechanic how bad of a wreck had my vehicle been in. I was completely shocked, as there was nothing stated on the car fax report in regard to an accident. The mechanic literally said and I quote, "It looks like someone cut the car in half and welded it back together with different parts." I truly believed my tires were going to fly off while driving the interstate. I honestly do not want this to happen to anyone else. Please, pay to have any of their vehicles thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before buying anything from these people. I wish I would have known that was an option
