Driver's Way Hwy 280

Charlie was so helpful in our recent shopping experience. He listened to our needs and wants. We drove a lot of different cars that were on the 280 lot. Not finding just the right car, Charlie brought over another vehicle from the Pelham store. That's the one we eventually bought. Michael and David were also great team members. Michael told us to take the car overnight and see if we liked it. David helped us find a good rate too. Overall, it was a great experience and we are happy with our purchase as well as the process.

The price of a high-quality used vehicle, gas prices, etc. mean, most people have a narrower margin to ensure making a solid purchase decision. Just made that decision and couldn’t be more pleased at this point with the team at their 280 store, & their service center in Pelham. Lead sales manager Michael GILLILAND, lead service manager, Robert HAFLEY, sales associate David Fievet, & service advisor. Josh Argo went well out of their way to listen, work together and respond promptly in the process. I found their level of genuine, customer service rare. Charles and the staff at drivers way were absolutely top notch! I recently purchased my dream truck from them and they were all extremely nice and helpful. After purchasing the truck they noticed a small defect on the dash while they were detailing it and had the truck sent off to be professionally repaired and then proceeded to deliver the truck to my house nearly 3-1/2 hours away once the repairs were completed. I cannot speak highly enough about the individuals I worked with and the exceptional service they provided, I will absolutely be doing business with them again in the future!

My experience with Charlie was exceptional! Not only did I get the suv I wanted, but he gave me the best warranty possible with an amazing price!! The process didn’t feel overbearing nor forceful, and he made sure I was comfortable with every decision! All of my questions were answered and they did not sneak in any additional fees like most dealerships try to do. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a car come here!!! 5 stars!!!
