THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED TO THE BBB & Google should give an NO STAR option because of business like this car dealership. So I would advice anyone that's thinking about going to this car dealership to PLEASE keep looking around & KEEP riding by this dealership, unless you're just trying to give away your hard earned money to drive away in a car that's going to start having problems within 1-2 months of having it. Also, the owner's customer service skills is TERRIBLE. I came in with my very young adult daughter to assist her on making sure she asks all the right questions. But of course as mom I ended up asking those questions of what's her Interest rate and interest amount going to be,"of course also calculating it mysel," how much and how often will her car note be, & ECT. After asking, the car dealership's owner said that my questioning has him feeling like I'm trying to tell him to not sell her a car because she's not going to pay her car notes and asked if that's what I'm saying? Well the owner's rude comment and ignorant question had me offended and baffled that he came up with all that in his head because I was asking the BASIC questions that any potential car buyer would be asking. I told him as this being her 1st experience of getting a car that comes with car notes she needs to know & ask these questions before making a VERY BIG FINANCIAL COMMITMENT. But in reality I wanted to tell him that I DON'T want her to buy any car from you all when she told me, that y'all said that car was the only option y'all had for her & her situation. Then especially when her salesman had her to only drive a few blocks & back. Now AFTER 1 MONTH, if that long, of having that car, MULTIPLE TIMES she started having MULTIPLE PROBLEMS car issues that either was halfway addressed or not addressed at all by this car dealership. So when the last issues of sounds like the motor is about to go out and the check oil light coming on, she spoke with owner and wanted to know if should make her car payment late so that she could afford to get the car looked at and hopefully fixed? Somewhere in there conversation he told her that he's not fixing to play games with her, so she needs to get her stuff out of the car because they're coming to get it that day. So my daughter did just that, got her things out of the car, let that car sit in front of her apartment until they got it the next day. The owner of that dealership needs to start doing right by people instead of just taking their HARD EARN money because NOT everyone will peacefully react as my daughter and other customers did especially within 1-2 months of him taking THOUSANDS OF THEIR HARD EARN MONEY & THE START HAVING MAJOR ISSUES WITH THE CAR THE SOLD THEM.
