My husband & brother in law 1st used this dealership to get my mother in law in a car when hers blew without warning. They were great then; got her in a good car with what I feel was a reasonable (even low) down payment & that car has since been paid off. I believe they even worked with her when she fell ill & had trouble making the payment. They were very kind & gave her enough time to get back on her feet & get caught up. Since we had such a good experience that time we returned when we needed a nice family car (grocery getter🤣) & wasn't disappointed when we got there. They had a vehicle I loved at 1st sight & even dropped the down payment on it by $200 just from me shyly asking "would you be able to take.... down?" Great guy & his wife is amazing! She had me laughing the whole time😂👍We've only had our new car for a little over a week but I am still in live with it & there has been zero issues so far! (The blazer I bought from a buy-here-pay-here in ft payne traumatized me. The brakes caught on FIRE before I got a block away from that dealership😲) So dealing with honest people at this dealership has restored my faith. Great people, great cars, wonderful experience all the way around with buyer one.

The Best car lot you could ever deal with hands down. I have bought 3 cars from Economy Motors. They have extremely low pricing compared to other buy here - pay here places in the area. They are very friendly people and will work with you on payments even if you run into a rough spot. The key is to call them and let them know whats going on. I live in Gadsden and came to them because I didn't have good credit but needed a car badly. Every car lot around my area either wanted 2 to 3 thousand dollars over blue book value or would not finance me. I was so impressed with the way I was treated and the low asking prices of their vehicles I bought another one from them as soon as I paid off my first one. I even brought a friend up there to trade with them, they made a deal on a Nissan Sentra. The salesman was very informative about the cars history and upfront about any known issues. They even gave him an extremely fair trade-in price for his old truck that was running rough. He has since paid it off and is very satisfied with his car. They wont just push any car on you, They will find out what you can afford and what fits your needs. The salesman is sharp on knowing the mileage and price on the fly which is nice. They are honest people and they will tell you about any issue they are aware of before you commit to the purchase. I know that with any used vehicle you will have to do some things to them because they are, well.... used vehicles. I know from personal experience that even though they sell them as is with no warranty they will work with you if an issue arises. They will make it right if you have a problem. I had an issue with my latest purchase, the engine went out and they offered to repair it for me. Most car lots would not even bother helping and point out that their was no warranty but these people offered to swap me into a new car at no additional cost or replace the engine and split the cost of the new one. I feel that splitting the cost on the new motor was extremely fair since neither them nor I could have foreseen this happening. I like the idea of being able to swap into another vehicle to minimize down time but we had already got attached to the van and really wanted to keep it. In closing I am a very satisfied customer and will buy from them again. I tell anyone that is looking at purchasing a car to go see them and i say it with confidence because know they will treat them right. These people are like family to me now and I could not see myself trading anywhere else. Don’t recommend buying a car here. Very bad experience with them. My daughter bought a car here a it blew up 35 days later. They would not replace the car or help fix the car.
