The salesman Jeff Davenport did a great job! The most important thing a salesman can do for a customer is communication. Jeff did not disappoint, He called me back immediately answered all my questions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The dealership made it very easy with the purchase. Honestly I will never go to another dealership. Thank you Jeff Davenport and the staff.

My wife was searching for a new vehicle and visited several dealerships, but we felt we were getting the runaround. I decided to call the Howard Bentley Buick GMC dealership, which is about an hour's drive away. I spoke with a young man named Noah and explained the car my wife was interested in, as well as the price range we were looking for. He offered a very reasonable counteroffer, and we scheduled a meeting for the next morning. Prior to this visit, we had received offers over the phone from other dealerships, but none had held up when we arrived—there was always an excuse. However, when we got to Howard Bentley, Noah presented a quote sheet that didn't match the price he had quoted earlier, though he said he still needed to apply the rebates. When he did it was spot on. The paperwork process was extremely easy and didn’t take too long, as is typical with contracts. There were upgrade options available, but the financing officer didn't pressure us into anything, making the experience great from start to finish. During the process, I even asked Noah to help me look at another vehicle. After some negotiation, I agreed to a price that included free home delivery. In a few years, when it’s time to buy again, I hope the dealership maintains this level of character and dedication to customer support. We will definitely return and recommend this dealership, largely because of Noah's excellent assistance. Please extend our thanks to him and all those involved with our purchases.

My husband and I purchased a 2018 Nissan titan pro4x on a Saturday. We had to take it back because the bolts were loose on the drive shift. Then about a week later the check engine light came on.This happened this past Monday. Took it to the dealership and they said that there was nothing they could do that we would have to take it to Nissan ourselves. Didn't give my husband anything to drive. The transmission is gone in the truck. We haven't even made the first payment on it yet. In fact we haven't even put 300 miles on it. Howard Bentley made Nissan do all the leg work to get this fixed and Howard Bentley did absolutely NOTHING. I will make sure that everyone I know knows not to go to Howard Bentley!!!! I give Howard Bentley 0 stars!!!!! The man i spoke to was Andy and he was absolutely no help at all!!!!

I put down a deposit ahead of time expecting a smooth, efficient delivery, but my experience at Howard Bentley GMC was highly disappointing. Despite planning ahead so the truck and paperwork would be ready, we were forced to wait two hours just to sign the final documents. When we received the truck, the detailing was sub-par. There was still factory glue left on the headliner. The situation got significantly worse on the drive home. We noticed the passenger seat massage feature did not work. After testing the rest of the cabin features, I discovered a laundry list of electrical failures on this brand-new vehicle. Driver’s cooled seat is completely inoperable. Heated steering wheel does not turn on. Blind-spot monitoring system is defective. I have only owned this truck for five days, and it is already sitting at a local dealership service center while technicians tear it apart trying to diagnose a major wiring issue. Paying a deposit should guarantee readiness and quality assurance, but instead, I was handed a poorly inspected vehicle with immediate electrical failures. I expected much better-quality control and customer service.
