Saturday , June 22, 2024 — First and foremost - we are not from Cheyenne. My husband, myself, and our friends came through after a day in Colorado from shopping. Our car went out after pulling into the Loves gas station of the interstate. Frantically trying to find someone who can tow us as again we are not from here, I contacted PB & J Auto and spoke with I believe his name was Jerry. Jerry took it upon himself to check around to see what mechanic he could tow is too. I received a call back promptly. He was able to have his mechanic come in and proceeded to tow us to his shop. Since there were 4 of us, another gentleman has taken the rest of the group back as well as only one person can ride in the tow truck (not a problem). Initially we were told it was just the wiring that was the issue, so left and found ourselves stranded again. PB & J Auto came back and towed the car without charge may I add and brought back to mechanic. Come to find out it was the alternator needing replaced. Again we are not from here so we ubered from the shop to Sam’s Club to do some shopping. PB & J Auto brought the car to us and we were able to get back to Nebraska. I would recommend them for your towing needs and mechanic needs. Being that tomorrow is my birthday, spending it at the mechanics was not on of the things on my list of things to do, but PB & J Auto made it calm, t, and reassuring. Thank you Jerry, the guy who drove us, and the mechanic. We appreciate you guys getting us in on Saturday so we could continue home to our kids.

Would do business with them again. They were very professional and were patient with me when my bank wasn't. Fair prices and enjoyable staff! When I was looking for a vehicle they were the only dealership that treated me like a human and genuinely cared. I love the truck and I recommended them to my friends and family.

My friend warned me not to go to this place and I didn’t listen. I shouldn’t have listened to her. All they do is give you the runaround and make you feel like shit and then when things don’t work out, they blame it on you. I turned in my paperwork and they supposedly turned it into their creditor. Yet a week later they still hadn’t made a decision. Never in my life have I been somewhere where it takes over a week to the side if they’ll loan you money for a car it takes about 20 minutes. I think they get off on making people wait, causing you more anxiety Well, they know you’re already in a rough situation so thank you PB&J. I learned a lot.

Had my car 12 days had to pay out of pocket to tow it to them, and the car has been sitting in the same spot on their lot since May 16,2026. No communication, no plan, and The financial loss I am experiencing due to this is unfathomable. Please do not buy a vehicle from this place!!! And please take the time to read all the reviews. 6/25 It has now been a month since my vehicle broke and still it sits in the same spot that I dropped it off at. There has been no communication at all and trying to make my loan payment is nearly impossible.

Be very careful if you do business with Jerry You may find yourself stuck paying a loan for a vehicle that breaks down 12 days after purchase and when you take it back the vehicle may sit for over 60 days not being worked on with no communication "Mr. communication is key" and no recourse options so make sure you read all the reviews!!!
