I tried hunting for a car from a private seller for a long time, and just couldn't find anything that I wanted. I ended up going here because they carry a lot of used Hondas & Toyotas, which are really reliable cars in my opinion. All the people there were great. Low pressure, didn't try to talk me into anything. My daughter and I walked the lot and sat in several different cars, then test drove one. The best part about getting something from a dealer is that most everything in the car just works. Not that the cars are perfect - we ended up with a 2011 Toyota Camry. The tire pressure light was on and the owner ordred new sensors and set up a time for us to get them installed. They don't do any financing, but they can walk you through the process if you do - which I prefer, since I'd rather secure my own financing anyways. I put a down payment, came the next day with an email from the bank and got the car. No problems. We've had the car a week now and it is great.

This place is amazing. The people who work here are incredibly kind and genuinely helpful. They have a great selection of vehicles, and best of all, they take away all the stress and hassle that usually comes with buying a car from a dealership. I had an awesome experience from start to finish, and they treated me with respect the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a used car without all the usual pressure and headaches.

Would 100% recommend Mr. Auto to anyone looking for a cheap but reliable pre-owned vehicle. I came here the other day just to look around because my last car was totaled. Had my eyes on a truck priced at $6900, Adnan was chatting with me about the truck and I told him my budget was $6300 due to how much I was getting back from my insurance claim, and before I even told him I was interested, he said he’d go down to $6300 for me which was super nice. Ended up bringing it down even more to $6k purchase price. The day I picked it up, I ran into an issue with the gear shifter, and Adnan was more than happy to help me get it towed and fixed up for free, as well as providing me something to help me get around till it got fixed. Adnan and Dawn are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and I would happily purchase another car from them in the future.

I recently visited Mr Auto for a rear left door actuator replacement on my Honda CR-V 2008, and I’m really impressed with their service. They used genuine parts, and during the actuator replacement, the door lock unfortunately broke. But the team immediately replaced the lock as well without charging me anything extra, which shows their honesty and professionalism. A special thanks to Mr. Inam, the owner — he is a very, very nice person who genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy and quality automotive service.
