This was a great shop! They not only were knowledgeable to repair my truck, but also plugged my refrigerator in to an extension cord so I wouldn’t have to lose my food or carry it back-and-forth and then if that wasn’t enough when the repair was made, and they unplugged my fridge they re-plugged it in to the power inverter on my truck so everything was A-OK when I got back! I am so happy about my experience at Jackson group Peterbilt in Casper Wyoming!

I don’t usually write negative reviews but this has to come out, I bought a truck from them it’s been only problem after problem, I took it back to their shop for shaking and harsh ride and told shop manager it needs to change all the bushings that are on suspension system and torque rods needs to be replaced however techs only changed driver side kingpin in two days and Told me truck is “up to spec” in all other areas. After leaving the shop it still had same problem shaking and harsh ride. Right after that i drove around 1k miles and my driver side steer tire blew out while driving, I had to pay almost $2k and spent night on the side of the road. Nowadays as an owner operator these bills are no joke when it comes to fix your equipment and missing 1-2 days of work could get you out of business real quick. I guess I just have to live with it only thing i can do is give reviews. These dealers don’t care about your safety only thing they want is money out of your pocket.
