Today I had the pleasure of purchasing a van over at Car King. Overall I would definitely say I received the best care that I could get from the moment I walked in, til the moment I was leaving with my new van. I love that they didn’t pressure me into just getting anything just to spend my money. If you ever looking for a reliable vehicle I’m sure they could help. Thank you!!!!!!!!!
I am a happy man after buying my first car from Car King! I now have had it for two months and was a little worried that once it got cold out I might run into some problems! I went out on Monday to see how my new Chrysler 300 2016 would start especially the battery and tubeup that came with my New Car and it started right up and I have not had one problem with my car! If I ever do need a new car at my age of seventy hoping this would be my last! I most definitely will be back to Car King once again for their great looking cars and service!
Went to look at a couple vehicles here. Was informed by the individual I was dealing with the 2 cars I looked at. A Honda and Mercedes that’s the cars run perfect and have no issues. I asked about any history of accidents and was told both cars are clean and have not been in an accident. I didn’t feel comfortable with taking the word based on looking up others experiences from this place. I decided to pay for a car fax myself on both cars after taking the cars info. Saw both cars had more than 1 reported accident and has been serviced for mechanical issues before. Also noticed an oil leak on one of the cars when I inspected. A place to be this shady is so concerning. It feels like they deliberately mislead on their cars. Judging by this negative experience I imagine the owner will be leaving a reply denying or excusing the behavior at this place. Fortunately I will be going elsewhere. Please factor in the reviews before purchasing from here. If I could give zero stars I would.
I purchased a vehicle from them recently that was advertised as having a clean Autocheck report with no accidents. That turned out to be a lie. When I was there I asked to see a Carfax report to which Brian said they use Autocheck, so I asked for that and he said they didn't have one but not to worry because it's clean. A couple days later I decided to purchase my own copy of the report since the dealership wouldn't give me one and to my surprise I see an accident reported. So I get in contact with them via email and Austin calls me back and I ask him what's up with this. He tells me the report they ran when they got the vehicle about 4 months ago didn't show anything (but wait, Brian said you guys didn't have a report). He then looked up a new report (like the one I have) and text me a picture of both and then proceeded to say "not our problem". He then wouldn't respond to my text after that when I said I felt cheated and the accident brings down the value of the car because if they were to buy the vehicle they would pay less knowing that info. Although I can't prove this it really feels like Brian knew something because of how he said there is no copy of the report and didn't offer to get me one. When I spoke to Austin he said the report is available thru their website which Brian didn't tell me so that also makes me believe that he knew about the accident. I also find it suspicious that when they got called out they all of a sudden produce 2 different reports that I was told they didn't have. My advice if you have to do business with these people is to proceed with caution. They will tell you anything and try to use all the sleezy trucks in the book to sell a car such as the old one of "I have multiple other people interested in this car and are planning to come in tomorrow to get it" or "these are hot vehicles and once I sell this one I may not get another one in for a long time" (that's why you've had it on the lot since Oct?). A little honesty and integrity goes a long way, I will not be returning and will be telling family and friends that are looking for a car not to go here. Update and reply to Car king's comment. I say you were acting dishonesty because I asked for a autocheck report and Brian said there wasn't one. Only when I called you out about the accidents you showed me the report you had (but claimed you didn't have at the time of the sale) and showed me a current report which I already had. Why not show me a report when I asked for one unless you knew something was up back then?
I do NOT recommend shopping here for a car ! After 2 weeks of purchasing a vehicle I have to get a tune up , water pump is leaking , breaks are very low and tire treads are low, it’s costing me well over 5,000 in repairs probably more than the car is worth ! Austin talks a big game but he’s there to pretty much screw you no vaseline ! Why do you think he still an employee? I have seen reviews with his name all over them and nothing good to say ! They will swear up and down it’s a good car I have never felt more cheated in my life than after my experience with car king !!! THE Worst experience ever I wish I could take this car back and stick it up there you know what !!!!!
