Just bought my second vehicle from Bill's and love it. Dayshun was awesome and very easy to talk to, answered all my questions and was professional and so nice. I definitely recommend this place for good cars with great prices.

After reading all the negative reviews on Big Bill’s, I took a chance and purchased a 2013 Ford Edge Limited on August 25th. Like the previous reviews, once I left the dealership within two minutes the service engine light came on and I was so upset. I called Dayshun immediately and told him I was coming back and was not happy. Dayshun had the mechanic look at the vehicle and did a diagnostic test and found I needed a catalytic converter and two sensors. I could see if I drove the vehicle for a few weeks, but after two minutes of leaving their lot was totally unacceptable. We discussed the repairs and we came to an agreement. I did agree to pay for parts (at their discount price,) but not for labor. Big Bill’s went out of their way to make me a happy customer. Great customer service! Because of how I was treated, I would recommend doing business with Dayshun at Big Bill’s. And yes, I would buy another vehicle from Big Bill’s. Because of the miles and age of the vehicle, I took out an extended warranty on the vehicle just in case another light comes on.

Bought a 2006 Dodge mini van from Big Bills to help our kids. Our new used van was clean with no issues. The entire staff on hand working were very nice. We walked on the lot and were greeted very nice and asked if we needed anything. We were offered a test ride. This van fit our budget of $2000.00. I would go back in a second if I need another vehicle. Look at what your buy and know what your buying. These guys are very nice and easy to buy from. Very friendly. Thank you.

I bought a 2004 Suzuki Forenza from this place for about two years. I still have the car. I know I put more money into this junk car than it's worth. I didn't know much about cars at the time, but I bought it with the check engine light now. The car had so many problems. It took me a while to get it to pass the emission test. The guy who runs Big Bill is a scam artist. I would not recommend this place To buy a cheap, decent car that doesn't have so many problems to fix. You will regret it in the end if you do because I am now. Email me if you are not sure. I will tell you the whole story behind the hefty bill. Wants us to PAY for issues vehicle had at sale Vehicle in question is a 99 Civic for $3500 Not sold under value and already needed breaks and a wheel bearing. Now Gas Canister and O2 Sensor are throwing codes Guy says it’s a cheap car and not to expect to not need to put money into it Quotes me 1k in work I had the same issue in another car, same codes the 1k didn’t fix Car is a lemon. DO NOT SHOP HERE DO NOT SHOP HERE Edit: if you have experienced any issues with a car purchased here, do not hesitate to call the DMV and place a dealer complaint. They will look into the source, previous owners, inspection reports, prior carfax and any other documentation accessible. They will even call the previous owner of the car. PLACE THAT COMPLAINT!!! If proven, you will get it resolved for free. Also inspection reports are required at sale and if they don’t provide you with one like they didn’t do us, legal ramifications are guaranteed.
