Auggie's Autos turned the normally dreadful experience of buying a used car from a dealership into one of delight. The family efforts of Auggie, his wife and their son are unmatched in Kenosha. They have a limited selection, but the vehicles they do offer have been put through a rigorous list of checks and balances on their end before selling to customers. They don't just sell any old vehicle. They know their cars, engines, special features and reliablities of vehicles. So, when they put one out to sell, you can be assured it is a decent vehicle. The vehicle we purchased had a maintenence record dating back to when the vehicle was purchased new back in 2017. Very thorough in explaing their vehicle aquisition process. I also received a hardwritten "thank you" card a couple weeks later. So, If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend checking out Auggie's Auto. The best place ever to buy a car. I've never had a more helpful salesman. The father and son are both very nice people, and even months after purchasing the cars, they are willing to help with questions that arise. So far, I have bought two cars from Augies Autos and am very pleased with them. I waited a few months to write this to see how the cars would do, and so far it's great! Overall, an excellent option for a small business. I will return in the future when I need another vehicle.

Very easy to work with. We found the perfect vehicle with them and drove about 4 hours one way to pick it up. They were there ready and waiting for us. The entire family is very nice, we even talked about dog ramps since we both have dogs with mobility problems. Got the car, tested it, did all of our paperwork and drove it home to our family 😊 would definitely recommend and would absolutely go back to if needed!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I usually dread buying a new vehicle. But buying our car from Augie's Autos has been the best car buying experience I've had so far. I will for sure be calling Augie's Autos again in the future when looking to buy another vehicle!! Here's the story: I had been looking for a used Subaru Outback for months. All I could find in my search were vehicles that were way overpriced and needed even more work put into them once I purchased them. And then I found Augie's Autos and a listing for the perfect car for us within our budget and I called Augie right away. The first thing Augie asked me was, "What are your questions about the vehicle?". He did not try to persuade me and rope me in to a sales pitch, he genuinely just wanted to know what my questions were to give me honest answers. I asked a few things about the regular maintenance of the vehicle to which he said were all up to date. Then I told him that I would love to see the vehicle but I live near Chicago and wouldn't be able to get up to their place for a few hours. He said that as long as I called him one hour before I left to come see it, he would hold the vehicle for me until I arrived -- he wouldn't let anyone else see it or even make an offer on it The car was held for us until we got there to see it. WHAT!? I don't know of any place that does that. I told him that was very generous and kind of him and Augie explained that this what the only right way to do it. Amazing! My wife and daughter drove up to Kenosha a few hours later. Augie was so kind! We ended up talking for a while and when he showed us the car, it was EXACTLY as we saw it on the pictures. Augie had a full CarFax with every service record + the repairs the Augie's Autos did as well. When I got inside, I was really impressed by how beautifully CLEAN the interior was. Everything was spotless, I couldn't believe it. I went on a test drive by myself (which I prefer so I can really check everything with the vehicle with no influences) and it drove so well. No issues, no surprises. When I got back to lot, I was half preparing for a "catch" to come up when paying for the vehicle. Maybe hidden information, additional costs, "dealer fees" etc. Augie then explained that he doesn't do a "dealer fee", he didn't believe in any of that stuff. The listed price of the vehicle is the price you pay (+ taxes obviously). Again... I was so surprised. Up until that point, every car buying experience had been so awful that I was preparing for the worst. Augie proved all of those things wrong for me! In the end, I brought the perfect car for my family and made a new friend with Augie's Autos. I have told literally anyone who will listen about my car buying experience and I tell everyone who is looking to buy a car to go straight to Augie. Buying a vehicle at Augie's is always a solid choice. Just bought our third vehicle from them. The family owned business is a no pressure hassle free experience. Prices are always fair. I must mention that the other two vehicles (one 9yrs ago,the other 6yrs ago) are still on the road today. I love doing business with the entire family. Thank you Augie's Auto for being such great people.
