This was the most relaxed and efficient car buying experience I've ever had. I have had experiences with buying cars, getting repairs, etc that made me feel unintelligent and treated unfairly because I'm not a man- this business made me feel like I was part of the hometown and I could tell they valued me as a client and person. I loved that they could tell me the history of each car (what the previous owner does for work and why they traded in) instead of the just the Carfax. This business came highly recommended by my loved ones in Door County and now i highly recommend too to anyone who lives there or happens to be passing through and needs a car.

Drove the two hours to look at a bright colored fun little car. Decided it was too small. Test drove a Subaru Forrester and left with that instead. Zero pressure from anyone. Brennan and Mike were so easy to work with, especially all of the emails leading up to us getting there. Fair on the trade in we had as well. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

Truly great dealership experience. I traveled three hours to trade and purchase a vehicle here and they respected my time and effort. Stood by their trade value and had a great price. I bought my second car from Mike at Reliable this past fall. The first car I had for 8 years and it was by far the best car I’ve ever had! I really didn’t even need a new car, I was just ready for a change. When I made the decision, I knew I was going back to Reliable! Had my eye on a couple cars, but settled for a 23 GMC Acadia. A few months after having the car I had a couple issues. I stopped in by them and they didn’t even hesitate to give me a loaner car and take my car in for the work under warranty. The issues with the car had nothing to do with Reliable — they have no idea what the future holds for a vehicle — but they went above and beyond to help me out! Everyone who asked me where my car was got a brag fest about Reliable and how awesome they are! Every single one of the guys there (and Joan) are fantastic! Highly recommend!!
