Bought my 2018 Ford Taurus SHO from Broderik & David, and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I had financing all arranged before I reached out to them via the website. I came in and test drove it, which is where these pictures are from. I had a few issues with paint chips, uneven looking brake wear, and alignment. They shipped it off to their service center immediately, and ordered a paint pen for the chips. We did a trade in, which was convenient, as the appraisal was done by pictures, so I had the numbers before I ever left my driveway. I don't plan on looking for another car anytime soon, I love mine too much. But, if something does happen where I need another car, I'm definitely coming back here!

I was looking to buy a Ford Taurus and came across this car and inquired about it, and I immediately got a response, this was on a Saturday and Monday I went and got it! They made the whole process so easy and quick. They didn’t have any of my paperwork ready to sign while I was there so they gave me the option to E-sign and let me take the car home (I live an hour away from the dealer). Since I live out of state, I was suppose to sign paper copies so they sent someone with all the paperwork for me to sign instead of making me drive the hour to them, which I was super grateful for!! They had excellent customer service and I love my car!!

On Friday afternoon, I was browsing vehicles on Car Guru's website. I wasn't looking to buy, but I came across my dream truck for less than what I would have expected! Especially in the current market! It has everything I would have built it with. I submitted some information and they contacted me right away! They did have to bring it from another store, which did take little bit of time. I saw the vehicle the next day and absolutely fell in love! I worked with David and Brody, the Team Lead. They explained everything so well! The Express team made it so easy and chill to work with them! The car buying process online was so easy and quick, 8 minutes max! I do not work banker's hours and they were so flexible, they even offered to deliver it! I would 100% recommend buying from Express.Cars for your future vehicle purchase!

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a new and/or used vehicle. Sawyer and Manny from the Green Bay shop worked their butts off to get me into the vehicle I own now! They did the same for my fiancé as well! Express.cars is the only place we’ll be shopping for vehicles from now on, thanks again guys for all your hard work, you have customers for life!!

Excellent buying experience at Express.cars in Green Bay! We had been looking for months and found one online the night before, went in the next morning and worked with Dawson. Left that afternoon with our “new” vehicle! Update, unfortunately a month into owning my vehicle I had a tire blow out on the interstate. Luckily my wife and children were not injured. Contacted Express.cars and there was nothing they could do for me because I did not buy into all their extra warranties (tire, paint, mechanical, etc). Have bought multiple vehicles from Bergstrom’s and unfortunately they won’t take care of you when something like this happens. Was a month into ownership.
