I have never enjoyed an experience better. I bought a vehicle, tested if for 7 days, decided to exchange, NO PROBLEM. The advocate was pleasant on the phone and very helpful. I like the process there is no dealer in our area that will allow you to try a car for 7 days to see if you like it. And you don't get the high pressure sales pitches to deal with.
I bought a car 350 miles from me. They changed tires on it before selling. I had old tires.. started to shake over half way home.. I had to put new tires on it.
Car received needed a bunch of work done. So not only it took about a week and a half to be delivered it, then had to sit in a shop for about the same amount of time because carvana doesn't check if the car has problems or not. The only good thing about this outcome is they have that insurance that they're willing to
Was going good until my delivery got delayed 16 hours before it was supposed to be delivered. Wasn't given an answer as to why and now have to wait a week and a half longer than I've already been waiting. Customer service no help and won't even discount my delivery since their late.
They sent me an offer for my truck, which I accepted. Once I accepted their offer they cut that offer in half!
