My sales advisor, Heith, was easy to work with and streamlined the amount of time to complete the purchase paperwork. I would work with Heith again as he was courteous and respectful, and not all auto sales people can be noted as such. Heith asked thorough questions about my needs so he understood if the vehicle I was purchasing was a good fit. Not all salespeople are able to listen effectively. The only reason I gave four stars out of five is that the delivery service did not arrange a delivery day and time with me. I received a phone call noting they were 7 minutes away with my vehicle, luckily I was home. The delivery functionality could offer better communication.

Linda was wonderful at helping us buy a used Ford in very good condition. She did lots of extra special things I've not seen at other lots. It was also a team effort with finance & contracts which went smoothly. It's definitely worth a few extra miles i drove for better personal service & more options than I found in Appleton. I even got a follow-up call today to check in that we're still satisfied. Above & beyond what I expected.

VERY pushy salesman, Trevor, makes me not want to come back here. Which sucks because I had a good experience back in 2020 but i definitely will not be back. I felt backed into a corner by him and he would NOT let up. I understand his job is to sell cars but at the end of the day it’s MY choice and MY finances. I went to another dealership, and had a DELIGHTFUL experience compared to this disaster and actually bought a car there, yet Trevor keeps calling and calling and texting me non stop. He’s like a ex who won’t respect boundaries. Pretty sure what he’s doing is against policy especially because I never opted in for messages and the calls and texts are borderline harassment.

According to the sales man lifter tick and heavy shifting is normal. And a vehicle whose power steering failed less than a block from the dealership deffinately has already gone through their very through inspection process. Also everything on the lot is overpriced. Update: the sales man continued to harass us over the phone for the rest of the day. I would recommend not even stepping foot on this lot and if Trevor sees you run the other direction Pushy dishonest sales people. The epitome of whats wrong with dealerships

They posted an advertisement that lied about the features available on the vehicle, which the salesperson then also lied about while admitting to multiple crimes. After calling to complain once the vehicle was purchased, we were berated and called a liar by upper management and promised a free oil change, which shockingly was also a lie, which, when scheduled, I was made to pay full price.
