I have had the BEST experience here at Byrider Ashland. Tess has went above and beyond to help us out when we desperately needed a car. She has helped when obstacles jumped in the way and pushed us backwards. I have been to so many different dealerships in the past couple weeks and kept getting turned down. Tess told me she was determined to get me in a car. We’ve been working for 2 days now, and today that’s exactly what she did. I’m walking away with a beautiful 2015 dodge journey. I will recommend anyone and everyone to come here for a car. My experience here has been phenomenal. Tess has been phenomenal. Highly recommend using Byrider!!!

I just bought a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta, and Tess made it the best car-buying experience ever! I came into this with a ton of anxiety and indecisiveness, but she was an absolute saint. She was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She walked me through every single concern and even revisited the pricing to make sure the numbers made sense and that I was completely comfortable with the financial side of things. She truly went above and beyond for my peace of mind.

My experience was extremely seamless and an easy process. With a less than perfect credit score from my past decisions haunting me, I had been told no numerous times. Our family is in a rebuilding era. I was skeptical. However, Tess and her crew at the Ashland location, not only made me feel at ease, they made me feel seen and heard. They took into account what our growing family's needs are, budget, and other factors. And they put us in an affordable, yet perfect option for our family.
