Like anywhere you just need to know what your asking for and do your research ahead of time, the team there will work with you. Drove 2 hours and it was well worth it. I really appreciated help and smooth purchase from Nelson and his manager, they got me on the road in just the right car for me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal and awesome selection of cars

Well, I left with a car and a car payment: one I live and one I don't. Our salesman and the finance manager were friendly and knowledgeable. While they wouldn't give what we would have liked on our trade in, or budge in the price of the car, we still feel good about our experience. The next day we received a follow-up call to be sure our experience was good (though she didn't seem to know we had bought a car in that visit). I have a "we owe" to go back and get a couple small scratches touched up, but don't anticipate a problem.

Purchased 2019 Chevy Suburban. Bottom line: Don’t trust their vehicle inspection. I highly recommend a third party inspection if you buy a vehicle from them. They told me “This is Moses, reputable company!” Not true. 45 days after purchase, the oil was leaking bad enough I had to continue to monitor and refill the oil. The oil pan was severely cracked but someone had applied temporary sealant, presumably to get it off the lot. $500 repair. The AC worked great when we drove it off the lot until 10 months later, no cold air at all. Replaced AC Lines which had to be done at the Dealership because of the new refrigerant. $2600 repair.

They confirmed twice that they were at my payment needs, including the day that I went to get the vehicle. So I started insurance, paid down payment over the phone (to bank card), and drove up after work. Sit 2.5 hours just to be told the payment was going to be $30 more per month than my limit. Had to ask for a refund of my down payment and leave over $30 dollars per month.

Bought a new 2021 nx. Good vehicle. Shady dealership. Have a defective part that is rusted and they won't do anything about it. I've dealt with the service dept and Lexus engagement center. Not willing to help at all. I will never deal with any Moses dealership again. Stay away.
