Went in with a pre approval from our bank at almost 13%. After struggling to communicate with our long time bank Sam went above and beyond and got us an 8% approval rating for the full amount on the price of our Prius. Nester and Sam make a great team and made our bilingual family all feel welcome and secure in the process. We have a new family car that will last us a lifetime and we are even in the process of looking for a newer model Prius from them for my mother in law. 10/10 would recommend and can’t wait to do business with them again. As a side note we drove all the way in to union gap from the dalles, Oregon. It was ABSOLUTELY worth the trip. :)
By far one of the better places I have been to. Everyone was super nice, greeted you with a handshake. I had a problem with financing but it wasn't on them, they worked their butts off to get it done. And finally after a lot of pressure from them the bank finally funded. They say the work with everyone and boy did they. Thank you and I love my jeep.
Waited a little while for my review to see how the car worked because of the previous dealership that screwed me over but I bought a car here at yak town 7 months ago and it’s been amazing and the service as well they definitely helped me get out of a my old car that was just horrible from a different dealership and got me into a 2018 Honda accord with LOW INTEREST RATES! I’m forever thankful and blessed for their help and I hope many others consider this place when looking for a car!:). Truly amazing people!
