So, I bought a Sierra from Washington auto sales about two years ago, and honestly, it's been awesome. Still running strong, no issues at all. Huge shoutout to Ace, the guy who helped me out. I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first, but Ace was super chill and really took the time to explain everything. He didn’t push me at all, and when I was torn between a few trucks, he helped me realize the Sierra was the best fit for me. Two years later, I’m still loving this truck. Definitely recommend Washington auto sales and Ace if you're looking for a new ride!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience working with WA Auto Sales and in particular, Sol. He took excellent care of me and my daughter. For her 18th Birthday I wanted to buy her a VW Beetle and I had specific criteria in mind making it a bit more challenging to find the right car. The minute I saw the post, I knew! Sol was incredibly fast to get back to me throughout the entire experience. He made it fun and resolved concerns and accommodated goals with 5 star service! Ace was the best auto dealer I ever dealt with. He made sure I was happy with my purchase. Even when something went wrong with my SUV he made it is mission to find out and fix my problem. Bought a vehicle from Saul, paid almost $4,000. Drove it for a day and the engine was bad. Saul wasn't truthful at all about our interaction and refused to refund my money nor was I allowed to pick out another car. Saul acted like a man with integrity in the beginning, but proved that he was nothing but a scam and a liar. Do not buy a car from here, unless you have a mechanic with you. Because they buy the cars from auction and just put them on the lot, without any kind of inspection. I'm going to report this scam company.
