After searching for weeks looking for a plug-in Ford Cmax, I found a great deal online at Full Throttle. Low mileage, still under warranty and a great price. After figuring out they were in Tacoma and what seemed like a small "used car dealer" I was skeptical. I spoke to them on the phone after hours and they immediately took away any worries I had. I traveled down the next day from Seattle and met them at their shop location. It was an excellent car buying experience, with no pressure, honest talk and a good test drive. Car was amazing but the buying experience was even more exceptional. I've driven now over a month with the car and love it. Do not hesitate to purchase your next vehicle from Full Throttle!

Had my car towed here after it broke down on 512. Curt and the tech (think his name was Deacon) took care of me and I got my ignition switch replaced same day. They also ran a diagnostics test too because my engine light had come on in the middle of all this. Highly recommended

Fantastic! Steve and Parichat are the owners, and you couldn't ask for nicer people. They went above and beyond in the purchase of our BMW 650i convertible. We even left in the middle of the paperwork to take our son to a birthday party, and by the time we returned, Steve had filled the gas tank and given the beautiful car another rub down with his OCD cloth! You just don't get detailed service and care like that at other dealerships, you can tell these owners are very interested in having a successful business. We will recommend Full Throttle Auto Sales to our friends and family, and will be back soon for a nice, safe car for our teen. The only issue is that now my son doesn't believe all my negative stories about other car dealers. Steve and Parichat have certainly changed the image of car dealers for my family. Awesome and hardworking people! We went in to look at a vehicle that was already sold. We were quite skeptical to purchase from a smaller place, expecting a very pushy salesman. We were pleasantly surprised to find they were far from the “typical car salesman”. They let us check it out the original car since we were still interested in purchasing this type of vehicle. They were so courteous and kind and offered to help us find our dream car. Then 20 minutes after leaving they find not one but two cars that fit our description of what we wanted. One of them was perfect! They did what all the other car brokers said they could do, (but didn’t) and actually delivered in record time, on our budget. The process was so easy. And they were so kind to my family and my busy 3year old that wanted all the attention. They were even able to get the car purchased and ready for us days before they originally predicted and I had my dream car in time for New Years. I would highly recommend Full Throttle Auto Sales to friends, family, and strangers. By far they had the best quality/price around. Not to mention integrity. I think my husband might even write his own review of our experience. We are so incredibly glad we stumbled upon their shop while looking for a vehicle. I had my air conditioner in my truck fixed at full throttle auto sales. Very friendly and honest shop. They quoted me saying they might need to replace a certain seal but called me after they looked at it and said it won’t need to be changed, saving me some money. A/c works great now.
