He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, answered my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. What stood out most was his integrity and transparency — he was upfront about the vehicle and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable with the purchase. He even held the vehicle for me until I was able to get off work and come in to pay and sign the paperwork, which I really appreciated. Even going above and beyond by putting in a brand new battery when he noticed that a perfectly working battery was expired. That level of professionalism and consideration says a lot about how they treat their customers. It’s hard to find dealerships and salespeople who still operate with honesty, and Tommy definitely does. This was the least stressful car purchase I have ever made. Due to the transparency on the condition of the car, opportunity to look over and drive the car by myself. All my questions were answered directly. I left with a great deal and a great car!! I purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla with low mileage in excellent condition. Tommy was wonderful to work with no pressure!
