My experience at Bright Star 🌟 Motors was absolutely incredible! I had found my Jeep with them online and contacted them. The owner was communicative, easy to reach and no sales pressure. We took it for a test drive. I had not expected top notch communication and in and out within an hour with a fair price and beautiful Jeep!

I had a great experience with Bright Star Motors and I’d especially like to shout out Bernard who helped me throughout the whole process. I had an idea of what I needed in mind, he narrowed down a great choice, helped me through the test drive, figuring out the little features of the car, knowledgeable and also just a funny, good humored guy. Jim with the financial guys have been great as well in making sure things go as smoothly as possible for my needs and budget. It’s my first time buying a car, so I really appreciate these guys for helping to make it as stress free as possible.

5 stars for Bright Star Motors! The staff was patient, respectful, and made sure I found the right vehicle for my needs. They answered all my questions and made the paperwork process quick and easy. No hidden fees. I really appreciated their transparency and professionalism. If you’re buying a car, this is the place to go!

The customer experience was the best. Special thanks to Bernard, Jim, Pa & son. I bought a 2016 VW Passat 3 months ago. They do incredible after sales service and auto education for any 1st time buyer. I got referred to a specific mechanic for future service and parts and a tire shop for later on. I will definitely shop here again. *As with all cars, make sure to do your due dilligence; have a mechanic that knows your model tell you what to expect at certain mileage.

1 Star (DO NOT RECOMMEND) I bought a 2012 Volkswagen Passat from Bright Star Motors for my son’s first car. The car looked great on the outside and under the hood, and the salesperson Najib Gajule provided a Carfax, so I went ahead with the purchase. Within a month, sensor/warning lights came on (bulbs/small issues). Then, within the first 90 days, the check engine light came on. At that point, I took the car to the Volkswagen dealership to get it diagnosed. After their tests, they found multiple major maintenance issues that would cost about $5,000 to repair. I then took it to another independent shop for a second opinion. I did not tell them what the VW dealership found, and they gave me the same list of serious issues, confirming what the VW dealership said. They also told me this car **shouldn’t have been sold** because it was unsafe. On top of the mechanical problems, the second shop pointed out serious missing/damaged safety-related components, including: - The car was missing the radiator core support - Wheel well liners were broken and being held up with wire - It was missing the lower under-engine shield (I have photos of this) To be clear: I trusted the presentation and the Carfax, and the car ended up requiring unsafe-level repairs almost immediately. Bright Star Motors should not be trusted to sell vehicles safely and honestly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company because they were untrustworthy and sold an unsafe car.
