Ive bought at least 20 cars in my lifetime, most from car lots. This was the best experience ive ever had with Car Salespeople. I was only Aziz's 3rd sale and he did a wonderful job! Neither he or the other gentleman, I cant recall his name, he was training Aziz, were friendly and the least pushy salesperson ive ever encountered. I saw this 2007 Explorer online and came from Aberdeen to look at it. I proceeded to go look at 4 other cars around the area. But then came back to this one. They had the whole carfax with detailed records which made me feel better about the high miles. Its a great car and we couldn't be happier! I plan on bringing my daughter in soon, she needs a better car badly. And I trust these guys to get her into a safe and reliable car for her and my grandson. The negative reviews here are mostly for things that were out of their control. They cant see the metal under the bumper or know if the window was replaced, and we all know used cars are sold as is, we all signed the same document saying that. Its up to you to do due diligence and test drive and inspect the car. If you want something that has a warranty buy new. If youre looking for a lot with a good selection in a variety of $ ranges and non pushy salespeople, dont hesitate coming here!!

I had an amazing experience at Best Choice Auto Sales, all thanks to Andy. After visiting so many dealerships in one week, I stopped here after work about an hour before closing and was immediately welcomed with kindness and professionalism. Andy was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered every question I had without rushing me at all. During the test drive, I noticed a noise and Andy didn’t hesitate to go on another drive with me so he could hear exactly what I was talking about — which really showed how much he cared. He was also totally supportive of me getting a pre-purchase inspection, and when I brought him the results, he was completely fair with pricing. There was nothing major wrong with the car, but for the small issues that did come up, he either offered to fix them or adjust the price — which I really respected. The whole process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. It truly felt like he cared about putting me in the right car, not just making a sale. Hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had, and I’ll absolutely be back and recommending Andy to everyone I know.

Bought a minivan a couple months ago here. Low miles and drives great. The rear hatch opens automatically when pressing the button but does not close on it's own and has to be pushed shut manually. Was told it was probably an easy electrical fix. Was also aware that the rear bumper cover had minor creases on it from what I assumed to be a very low speed impact from backing into something because it had a clean carfax. I took the van to two different shops a few weeks after buying. I had the rear bumper cover replaced. During replacement of it they found out the metal bumper and brackets underneath were badly damaged and repaired in a very crude way with random sheet metal pieces and screws. So that repair went from under $1k to paying over $2.5k. The next shop I took i to to have them fix the wiring on the back hatch so it would close automatically by pressing the button. They found out the rear hatch assembly had a different vin which indicated it was from another minivan. The hatch will never close automatically because it is from a different trim level that didn't have that feature. The repair for that would involve a completely new hatch assembly costing well over $2k minimum. I had no idea it had that level of damage because it was all covered up and the rear hatch is the same paint matching the vehicle. Since I didn't know about that stuff and couldn't factor that damage/incorrect part replacement into the price, the blue book value indicated it was a fair price. In conclusion...I definitely overpaid for my new family vehicle that had unknowingly been involved in a significant rear end accident.
