I’ve been a repeat customer at TTT Auto in Spokane, partly because they offer options for those with limited budgets. Initially, I appreciated their approachable attitude and how they seemed to focus on helping people get into affordable vehicles. However, my latest experience was very disappointing. I called ahead to confirm that $1,500 down would be enough, only to be told on arrival that the down payment had increased to $1,750. This wasn’t the first time we felt steered toward specific cars rather than being allowed to choose freely from their lot. During each visit, Matt and another person introduced as the owner would try to guide our choices, which felt pushy and dismissive. We eventually purchased a Hyundai Tiburon, as it appeared cleaner than most vehicles on the lot and had an extensive repair history. We took it to our trusted mechanic right away for an oil change, as the dealership couldn’t confirm the last one. Just a few days later, the oil light came on, and the car was bone dry again. After paying for a second oil change, we reached out to TTT Auto, hoping they would help resolve the issue. They initially agreed to investigate, asking us to bring the car in. But once there, it sat on their lot for over 10 days without any communication. When we finally reached out for updates, they dismissed our concerns, even questioning the work of our mechanic, who is a respected local police officer. They eventually suggested they might offer a replacement vehicle but delayed this for weeks. When they finally proposed a Honda as an alternative, they refused to provide the VIN, which was concerning since we rely on our vehicles for business and need full insurance coverage. To make matters worse, we later saw the same Tiburon back on their lot, raising questions about their integrity. Having now dealt with TTT Auto multiple times, I feel they prioritize their interests over customer needs. Their service may appeal to those in urgent need of a vehicle, but in my experience, they lack transparency and reliability. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership they can trust.
