Andy was exceptional with his customer service and integrity! I know it sounds trivial but, I have never been to a car lot where someone did exactly what they said they would! The entire team was extremely friendly. Very refreshing to say the least. I highly recommend stopping in!

ANDY IS THE BEST!!! Now I’m not going to tell everything he did for me because I’m no snitch…. But this man gave me a chance to get into a better vehicle when no one else could and him and his team also went above and beyond for me outside their job descriptions to make sure I was a happy customer when they didn’t have to. Andy and the rest of the team were all very happy kind polite and willing to help me in any way that I could and they made sure I was able to leave the lot in a vehicle and refused to turn me down. I can’t say how much that meant to me especially with the fact I started off in this state getting off a plane with one bag of clothes and this has been yet another blessing through my journey rebuilding my new life. Go see Andy! He will get you approved!

I had a really good experience this last week working with TK Auto! I went in there that first day and worked with Andy and coming back later today had the pleasure of working with Craig and Noel. They got me in the right car for my budget and situation, I have FULL trust that I made the right choice and can't wait to come update my review in the coming months!!

I just bought my second car from these guys 5 months ago. First car was the best I've ever had, 100k+ miles an i never seen the check engine light once. The $2k+ warrenty was a complete loss. The newest car being a '17 ford fusion with low miles figured I would skip the warrenty and save some money. Check engine light came on the day after I bought it. 2 weeks later its un-drivable, due to a manufacturer defect called coolant intrusion. Costs about $8-10k to fix, Ford issued a TCB to fix and warranty the problem and even though my car is well under the mileage limit they won't fix it because its over the age limit. So here I am with a $15k mistake that I cant afford to fix, or afford to pay off. But atleast I still get to pay for full coverage insurance for the next 5 years. Top 5 worst experiences of my life easy. I certainly dont blame these guys though because it isn't their fault. They were good to me both times I bought a car and the times in-between when the wife was looking for a new car. Moral of the story? Just because you are buying a newer car with lowish miles dont just brush the warranty off, atleast give some kind of warranty some thought, It could be the difference between a car that drives verses a 4,000lb lawn ornament that still has the dealer plates on it that expired 4 months ago. Never even had to change them 😮‍💨

So these guys sold me a car that literally didn't even make the 4 mile trip home before catastrophic engine failure. The car was completely toast by just driving down the road. When I called them, the person that sold it to me was immediately aggressive, and told me "I did not mislead you about that car" when he personally told me it could easily be my daily driver. Then these guys called us up this weekend, told us they were doing a special where we could trade in our car (different car than the original), and got us all excited about a car we had our eye on. Told us we could sign paperwork on Monday for it. They sold it out from under us without telling us, so we got to make the long trip just to be disappointed like always from these guys. Just know if you come here, expect disappointment.
