I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this situation has been extremely disappointing and unfair, and I believe other customers deserve to know what happened. I purchased a 2014 Ford Focus just eight days ago, with around 84,100 miles on it. Today the car has 84,671 miles, meaning I drove less than 600 miles and the transmission has already failed. I completely understand that this is a used vehicle and older cars may have issues over time. But for a transmission to break in less than a week of normal driving is unacceptable and clearly not something caused by the buyer. What made the situation worse is the dealer’s response. Instead of offering any help, support, or even basic customer service, I was told that the problem is entirely mine and that they have nothing to do with it. No inspection, no solution, no willingness to work with me, just blame. This is not how a dealership should treat customers, especially when a major mechanical failure happens immediately after purchase. I’m very disappointed with how I was treated and with the complete lack of accountability. I hope this review helps other buyers make an informed decision before purchasing here.

I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before buying a car from this place. I purchased a vehicle in November for a little over $3,000, and within literally ONE day, I had to put nearly $2,500 into repairs. That alone should tell you something. But it didn’t stop there—the car continued to have issue after issue the entire time I owned it. When I finally took it back into a shop for a full inspection, I was told there were metal particles in the oil and multiple serious problems that appear to have been masked or temporarily covered up. The end result? I was told I need a complete engine replacement. What’s even more frustrating is that I reached out and gave them the opportunity to make things right. Instead of taking any responsibility, they responded by sending me a picture of their “sold as-is” warranty notice and refused to help in any way. “Sold as-is” should not mean selling a vehicle that is unsafe or on the verge of total failure. This wasn’t normal wear and tear—this was a vehicle with major underlying issues from the start. I feel completely taken advantage of, and more importantly, I had my safety and my kids’ safety put at risk. That is unacceptable. If you’re considering buying from here, please be careful. Get an independent inspection BEFORE purchasing, because based on my experience, you cannot trust what you’re being sold.
