10/10 experience at MeAuto! I absolutely recommend. Ela&Mark are very kind and honest. Customer service skills 5/5. Quality of vehicles & transparency about the vehicles 5/5. They are extremely honest and upfront about all of the cars/trucks on the lot. The vehicles are clean and inspected. I've had my vehicle for around 3weeks and I'm beyond thrilled! They made the process so easy & hassle/stress free. They were patient and explained everything step by step. They helped me find the right and best fit for ME. I love love love my new vehicle. I would absolutely come back again although I don't anticipate needing to any time soon! Thank you thank you thank you Mark&Ela!!
Im very satisfied with my purchase, it was a smoothe transition process. Great place to buy a vehicle. Easy going and fair pricing. Very friendly and hard working people.. They also, have a great Mechanic onsite who does really great service..
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my commuter car at Meauto, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Mark who always makes me feel comfortable. Mark was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and they were transparent about pricing, financing options, and any promotions available. The entire process, from test-driving to finalizing the paperwork, was smooth and hassle-free. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service – they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Even after my purchase, they followed up to make sure everything was working well with my car I highly recommend MeAuto to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. Great service, friendly staff, and a no-pressure environment make this dealership top-notch!
We shopped around and Mark had the best cars, deals and low mileage. We found honesty and integrity. He was really interested in your car being the best. He even replaced two more parts to complete the purchase. I will definitely go see him again!!
One of 2 things going on here. . . The dealer is honest, but their third party (on site) mechanic is giving them misleading information.... >>>OR
