I recently bought my 2017 Mazda 6 from salesman Tahir and had a wonderful experience. Tahir was extremely thorough in breaking down the whole process of buying my car, and ensured all my questions were answered and even gave me helpful tips for the future. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and just overall a pleasure to work with. The paperwork was clear and concise and I was given as much car history as they could obtain. The car is in top-tier condition and exactly as described and what I've been hoping to get for my daily driver. It is clean and very well-maintained. Brandon and Rob worked their magic on getting me an AMAZING deal as a first time buyer, and worked so quickly and efficiently to get me on the road. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive to get there! Ray was an outstanding guy—very patient, professional, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. The hospitality from everyone there was top-notch, and they truly made me feel welcomed. I brought my daughter with me, and the kindness they showed meant a lot. She even got to play with the manager’s daughter, which helped make the experience comfortable and family-friendly. The finance guy was also excellent, and the whole team worked together to make sure everything went smoothly so I could get my car and be on my way. Ray was great, whole staff was friendly. We looked at many many many cars recently, 2 of which were at Duffy's. We wanted a very specific vehicle, and had set a pretty high expectation for what we wanted of that car. Ray was very patient with us(me), and very polite and accommodating throughout. After visiting numerous used car dealerships, it became apparent many are selling anything thay can get their hands on. All the cars at Duffy's looked to be in really great condition, and I got the feeling they really do try to make sure they're selling the best cars they can find. The used car market is tough, but they seem to be making the best of it. We left feeling we had made a good decision and got a great car. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend checking them out if your in the market.

I'm updating my review from 3 to a 4. I may come back and give a 5 depending on how the cars been for me so I'll come back in a few months. It would have been a straight 5 had I got the car at the price I wanted, considering the treatment I got last week, I thought I wouldn't come back. But thats neither here nor there! So back to the visit last week.. Ray is amazing. I won't mention the other guys name who tried to talk me out of a PPI cuz clearly it was needed. Ray understood my concerns and even contacted me the next day to see how I was doing. What really made the most difference in returning to Duffy's was the owner Daniel. He contacted me personally to hear what happened and listened to my worries and concerns. Daniel fixed some of the issues that came up and took accountability which is huge for me, cuz it's not all on him. I didn't come into the dealership for freebies and discounts, I came to purchase a dependable car that I feel good and safe in and I'd like to be a returning customer! With all that being said Im happy I got my car. I will be back for an update in a few months. Thank you Duffy's.
