I went to Del Toro in Auburn Wa where I got my new car from Rebecca, the whole team from start to finish were so helpful with my purchase! I know we expect to spend hours and hours at a dealership but I only spent about 1! I will be recommending her to everyone . ASK FOR REBECCA!

This is kinda long but you need to read this before you buy from them. I bought a ford flex from them about May of 2024. It was beautiful. I was so excited to get it home. Three days later I got the surprise of my life. They had glued parts of the door frame back on, they started coming apart. Not just one side, both sides. Not only that, parts of the inside started coming apart as well. They also told me if there were any problems after I got it home they would help me fix them. I called about the doors and the inside and they told me that it was an as is sale and there was nothing they could do. I mean that’s usually how it goes, unless they tell you otherwise while trying to make the sale. I should have gotten it in writing. I was floored as they have so many good reviews. The salesman that I was dealing with at the time, showed me the reviews. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. They are sketchy and dishonest. I hope you don’t get scammed by them like I did. The car itself is otherwise in decent condition. I made sure to have it checked out by a mechanic shop of my choice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE DISHONEST!
