Dante greeted my wife and I upon our arrival at this dealership. I told him I wanted to see the truck I found on the internet. He didn’t waste my time or endlessly filled me with useless information. I evaluated the worthiness of the used 3/4 ton truck and told him I was probably going to sell my 1/2 ton truck. His manager introduced himself and inquired about my truck and asked what I wanted for it. After little discussion, and him taking a closer look at my truck, he met my expectations and I did trade in my truck, which I wholly appreciated because selling it would have been a hassle and time consuming! Some people enjoy that experience, I don’t. This transaction took about 2 1/2 hours. We did have to wait 30 minutes for them to detail and gas up our Newly purchased Used truck. My past experiences at other dealerships with a trade in took 4 to 6 hours! Pure torture. I made it very clear up front I didn’t want to be toyed with and to my pleasant surprise they played no games or endlessly try to upsell me. Back in the 70’s I sold cars, trucks and motorcycles for local dealerships, I know the games! I’ve had my new truck for 3 days now and I am extremely pleased over the purchase and the professionalism showed by everyone at the dealership. We recently purchased a 2026 Ram 2500 from Bud Clary Auburn CDJR. While we love the truck, the overall experience was disappointing. Our salesperson, Devonte, was good—professional and helpful. Unfortunately, several issues overshadowed the experience. The truck could not be located at first despite having the keys, which caused an unnecessary delay. The finance portion of the purchase was uncomfortable and poorly handled, leaving us dissatisfied. After the purchase, we were asked to correct paperwork errors that were not our responsibility. We anre also still missing the second key fob (3 weeks later) Devonte told us he would order a replacement, but this was never followed through. For such a large purchase, the lack of organization, communication, and follow-through was extremely frustrating. If you respect your own sanity and time don’t purchase from Bud Clary Auburn.
