It’s hard to trust people when buying a used car, because there are no guarantees as with a new one. There is a 1-star review on here, regarding the same vehicle that I ended up purchasing. While that review initially made me hesitant to purchase the vehicle (2009 Lexus ES 350), I have seen for myself that the guys at this dealership are both honest and trustworthy. It seems like that guy who wrote that bad review may have been trying to cut himself a deal after making a scene. This was my experience: after test driving and liking the car, they allowed me to take the car to my personal mechanic for inspection. There were a few issues with the car—it needed both CV axles replaced, new spark plugs, and an alignment—all of which they agreed to fix before I purchased the vehicle. They took the car to their mechanic and provided me with the documentation of the work they had done. After I purchased the vehicle, they also installed the plates for me and replaced my left mirror (the motor was broken when I initially took the car home). Both brothers were always very kind and receptive to me. I highly recommend this dealership!

I called ahead and was able to set up an appointment to view a car, i showed up and they were very nice and friendly. I ended up buying the car and the process was quick and easy. I was in and out in under 1 hour. The office itself is in a train which my kids and I thought was very cool, the lot and office were very neat and tidy and professional looking. All the cars on the lot looked well detailed and maintained. Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be recommending ABR auto to friends and family if they ever need a car.

If you're reasonable with them, they will be extremely reasonable with you. Had a great experience.Nice solid car at a fair price. Great communicating during the sale. Nothing like the reputation of small car lots.Everyone has heard of or experienced. They didn't overall great job.
