Great people and they had a very nice inventory of vehicles. Duran was very helpful and kind even after I purchased the vehicle.
I had 10-12 BMW's on "my list" to look at over next few weeks, seen a few already, met Anya? Who showed me this 07 328i with 79K miles on it. Then I had some concerns/questions, then Dimitri? Came over and reassured me, and even gave me extra things I did not ask for, to ease my concerns. (I couldn't believe such a good deal), But They seemed to be very honest and their reviews were good, so I did purchase. I took the car to Checkered for a checkup, there was a small hickup with belt pulley and Dimitri handled it immediately. I would by another BMW from them again, when it is time, and would recommend PRIME to anyone. No muss, no Fuss, and they will work with you. Thanks again, car is running great. (At 83K already LOL)
I had an excellent experience at this dealership. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. They provided me with all the information I needed about the vehicles I was interested in without any pressure and helped me find a perfect car. The negotiation process was transparent, and I felt I got a fair deal. Overall, a top-notch dealership with a friendly and professional team. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a car at a good price.
We recently purchased a vehicle and was able to work with Maria. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with any information we requested. She also handled getting our license plates and making sure the car was registered properly. Prior to going there, I read all of the reviews and there is a reason why they have so many five star reviews. I would highly recommend going to Prime Auto Sales and working with Maria if you’re looking to purchase a car.
Worst experience at a dealership. My daughter who is an active Navy went to purchase a vehicle and they showed her an Experian report which showed zero damage on the car. Two days later, she got a Carfax from her bank showing minor to moderate damage throughout the vehicle. I called and of course the manager was not there and spoke to Maria and she assured me, the manager would call me back. I am still waiting for a phone call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS THERE
