Today I called this lot. Due to a lo with the same name in the same area taking complete advantage of me. Costing me significant financial issues. I spoke to the owner directly and found out that his business. This business. Has began to loose reputation due to the similarities in the business name. He was extremely professional! He was apologetic for things he had nothing to do with. Then he pointed me in the proper direction to resolve my issue. Next gen auto sales in Richmond VA is an upstanding company. Please understand the negative rates and comments on their page is a reflection of confusion with the other company involved. Please do not take your business elsewhere based on these reviews. Nothing but the best from this company! We were nervous about purchasing a car from a small business but their customer service made our insecurities at ease. Buying from a dealership is over whelming at times and makes us feel like a “number”. We did not feel this way here! They walked us through the whole process and had patience when we asked a million questions. From the front desk manager to the person who showed us around the car lot, we felt right at home. We drove two cars before we picked the right one for our business. We would buy a hundred cars from them if we needed. We send all of our friends & family to them. Best experience ever.

Absolutely disappointed by the way this situation was handled. We had a simple name overlap issue with another dealership and instead of creating unnecessary drama, we were respectful, apologized, and even offered to change our name because it wasn’t worth conflict. What’s unacceptable is the harassment, aggressive phone calls, cursing, and having friends/family leave reviews to attack another business. A company that claims to be “professional” should know how to communicate professionally. Nobody owns a name or a space, and mistakes happen. The difference is how people handle them.
