I got a the reasonable vehicle I wanted from here this past Saturday, and I have to say I wasn’t expecting it. It was quick and painless as John worked some magic. You work with him, he will work with you. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership! From start to finish, the experience was amazing. John went above and beyond, giving 100% of his attention and service the entire time. I’ve shopped at two other high-end dealerships before, and none of them came close to the quality of care I received here. As a 19-year-old girl, car shopping has often felt overwhelming and uncomfortable, but John completely changed that for me. John made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. I truly felt comfortable, prioritized, and cared for every step of the way. The general manager of this location Mike Abed offered to appraise my car. He obviously failed to properly close the hood of the vehicle when he took it for a drive. And claims that when he went over a pothole, the hood of the vehicle flew up, resulting in my windshield shattered, fenders broken and my hood crumbled. He believes that because he had difficulty opening the hood in the first place that he’s going to escape liability and not have to give his insurance information. That being said, I drove to the dealership on the highway doing 75 miles an hour and the hood didn’t fly up and shattered the windshield then. It didn’t even fly up again and shatter the windshield (further) on his way back to the dealership. Which tells me and anyone with some sense that he clearly failed to shut it in the first place and went over a pothole and it opened. What it also tells me and anyone reading is that he is liable for his mistake. obviously, after that occurred, he pulled over properly, shut the hood and was able to drive back to the dealership. Where he then tried to lowball me and still sell me another vehicle as if that wouldn’t put a horrible taste in any buyers mouth. And unfortunately, I was not susceptible to his lousy lowball bribe and I won’t be. Rather than offer up his insurance information. He instead offered a check from his own pocket. Or to have my windshield replaced. And now he has spent the entire day ducking phone calls, and even going to another location to avoid confrontation. So beware the general manager of this dealership doesn’t even know how to close a car hood. He doesn’t realize that it’s highly illegal for a dealership to refuse to give their insurance information and that the inspector general, Department of insurance, and the Board of dealers have already been made aware of his failings. Hopefully in about a month, his license will be revoked.
