I like Basic Auto. You can buy a like new truck for a used price and save thousands the guys there Clay and Kevin, Harley and Monroe are really helpful and make it really easy. The paperwork is a breeze and heck I bought two trucks there. One 20 years ago that I still have, the other one just a month ago and they were both great deals...go see these guys

We reached out to the Basic Auto service center, as we had a great experience purchasing a car from here 10 months ago. After a routine maintenance, one of the big chains threw a $1900 estimate at us for our daughter's car. After reviewing the quote and work required with Monroe at the service shop, we ended up with a $800 dollar bill, great service, and good conversation about pool scene in Richmond. Definitely recommend if you need a good, honest mechanic to help you out!

I am from North Carolina and had been looking for a specific make and model that I felt was worth the price most dealers were asking. I had my sister reach out and spoke to Bill who was great at answering question as I’ve never purchased a vehicle outside NC. (I travel for work and was in the middle of flying I can text, not call out). However later that afternoon I reached out with more questions he was able to answer. I drove 2 and a half hours on Friday to see the car and decided that I definitely wanted it. Signed a few papers had a few laughs, it was as simple as that. The environment was great, Amanda was able to answer DMV questions without a hitch. I appreciate both individuals. I was in and out within an hour. Being prepared to take care of everything made it easier. The car had something that needed to be repaired as they are fixing that and will be delivering it to my location in NC upon completion.
