Poor communication workflow. I was in the middle of discussing a car with a salesman who read my message and then ignored it for 20 minutes. If you are busy with an in-person client, don't open and read online inquiries until you actually have the time to reply. It wastes the online buyer's time. To make matters worse, management/the salesperson was defensive about the delay instead of just trying to fix it. Very disappointed in this dealership.

MILITARY — STAY clear of this dealership. I came in ready to buy with a check in hand for a vehicle they’ve had sitting for over 135 days. Suddenly the online price changed and they tried to raise the price once I was there in person. One employee even said they would “wait until the military gets back” to sell it, while I’m active duty myself. The car also had a check engine light on, yet they still wanted top dollar for it. Completely unprofessional and felt like they were trying to take advantage of military buyers instead of working honestly with customers. Plenty of better dealerships out there — take your money somewhere else.

So you won't respond to my emails so ill inform you here, I have filled a complaint with the va motor vehicle dealer bored. The 2017 chevy silverado 1500 i bought here got a check engine light shortly after taking delivery. The code was p0700 a master code hard to diagnose with many issues being the cause. There were no codes when I test drove it, none whenever I received it. My scanner freeze frame shows the DTC codes were cleared between the 136,267 of you posted the truck for sale and time of puck up. You are a scam and I have the proof. Unfortunately for you, fortunate for your future victims. I wish you truly the worst luck.
