My friend had an outstanding experience working with Edwin! From the moment she walked into the dealership, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping her find the right vehicle rather than just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained every step of the process, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. His honesty, patience, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in our decision. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, she drove away in the perfect car, and she couldn’t be happier with herpurchase. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Edwin! He provided exceptional service and made sure we got the best car for our needs. Thank you for such a great experience!

Josh did an amazing job helping me get my new to me SUV! He took great care of me throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and easy. My daughter absolutely loves the heated seats! Thanks again, Josh! I highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a vehicle.

I recently purchased an Acura Mdx from Edwin, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. His knowledge of the vehicles is incredibly impressive—he knew every spec and answered all my questions with absolute confidence. Beyond his expertise, Edwin has a fantastic attitude and a great spirit that made the whole process smooth and completely stress-free. If you want a seamless buying experience with someone you can trust, go see Edwin!

purchased on June 2, 2026 a 2018 Chevy Silverado LT from cars direct on shore drive in Va beach. (But this truck was at beach auto brokers)Test drove truck seemed fine no codes came up on obd reading. They kept the truck til June 18,2026 due to them fixing a rust spot and installing navigation. No communication with them on when truck was going to be delivered in courtland Va. we called multiple times to hear “we’ll get back to you”. Come to find out manager Ryan said they had to take apart dashboard and it was going to take time due to them ordering the wrong parts. Fast forward to June 18 when I met the salesman in courtland Va. (yes we agreed upon delivery and their site does say they deliver) I signed warranty paperwork for 3 month 3,000 miles to start on that day and he handed me the keys and left. I started the truck and check engine light was on. I let them know about it and no response except thanks for the communication. Truck is in Roxboro nc at Boyd Chevy and it’s going to cost $4800 to fix just the catalytic converts. Going to cost thousands more to fix the oil problem. I wasn’t told any of this at the time of purchase that the truck had problems. I never got an inspection report from dealer I bought the truck from until today when I called cars direct and asked them for it. They asked why I needed it and I told them what was going on and it’s been silent since then. It was inspected 5/20/26 and passed and I bought the truck 6/2/26 and didn’t get it in my possession til 6/18/26 and it’s at shop today 6/30/26 for immediate attention: Catalytic Converter - Replace | Both catalytic converters needed with o2 sensor one bolt and nut need on driver side and immediate attention for Oil leak found around oil pan. Dealer in Nc said before I purchased it the converter was replaced and put on wrong. And when they inspected the oil leak, rear main seal is leaking and when he took the cover off, a plastic cover was there and a nut fell down. Don’t know where it belongs and I have the nut in a bag now. Oh and my tags expire today 7/3/26 and have yet to receive my new ones. So my question is, how did the truck pass VA inspection???? Oh and the 3 month 3,000 miles warranty doesn’t cover nothing.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I waited to leave this review just to see what all was going to go wrong. Within the first 24 hours the driver side caliper locked up of the truck I bought. Called the dealer who said they would call a tow truck to come get it, this was at 9am, 4pm rolls around with zero call backs from a tow truck or the dealer, I call back to find out their tow truck broke down. Dealer the. Said I could call a differnt one but I would have to pay them and then get reimbursed, then later was told he could use a credit card on the phone. Then dealer said I could get it fixed and would be reimbursed so had to have to have a mobile mechanic come fix it and pay for parts myself up front and then had to wait until that friday to get a check. So far I have driven around 3k miles and had the truck little almost 2 months. The list of issues it has had is: Driver side front bearing hub assembly (dealer covered because it was less than 24 hours) Passenger side front bearing hub assembly. Drag link Fuel filter change, oil change ( their mechanics reset both on the dash but didnt change either.) And just tried to engage the 4×4 only to find out its not engaging or pulling from the front. Worst vehicle I have ever got a from any dealer ever and I trade cars every 2 to 3 years. And the kicker is it has a passing inspection sticker and everything I listed would have show up in an Inspection. If I could give this place negative stars I would. Dealer had the nerve to ask me "how its treating me" when I went to go pick up the title which I never received a phone call was in, to register it in my home state. I will be notifying Virginia department of motor vehicles with photos and and actual mechanics quotes on what all "passed" their inspection. Update: 4 wheel drive had a bad drive bearing. Also mechanic noticed a whine in the cab while testing the truck on the 4 wheel drive part replacement that is a failing lower fuel pump. Keep in mind I have had this truck 2 months. And I like how they put their default response to my previous comment but no one has actually reached out to resolve the issue. 2nd Update: mechanic came to replace the lower fuel pump, discovered the heater core coolant hose was "rigged" to stay on and also noticed the valve cover gaskets leaking oil. The list continues even though the dealership swears their vehicles were gone through top to bottom.
