Absolutely wonderful experience overall! I had stopped here on a whim to just TRY and see if I have options available. Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by Sean Weston. Im telling ya Ken Garff. You lose Sean, it'll be a sad day. The man is gracious, patient, and not pushy what so ever! Upon learning what i wanted, Sean immediately had options available. Thankfully we found exactly what I wanted. And I couldn't be happier. Upon purchasing, Sean ensured I was happy with the way the vehicle drove and looked overall. In the end I had very small cosmetics to be fixed. I was set up immediately with their service team. Let me tell ya! You guys just rock overall! Sam and both Andrews were attentive and willing to work with me to get me into the specific vehicle I wanted for my growing family. I came with a budget and they were more than willing to help me keep it. Quality customer service, credibility, car fax and financial transparency are among the many things that make this Ken Garff location stand out. As a long time believer of “stealerships” and “crooked salesman” it’s nice to know there are quality dealerships who can still make a profit but aren’t trying to push you for more.

Cant say enough good things about my experience! Hak was the most helpful salesman EVER! Got all my paper work done through text and e mail, I flew in to salt lake Hak picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, had my truck ready to go and I was back on the road headed home within 45 minutes of my plane landing! Hak went above and beyond he was EXCELLENT!
