This crew -John, Mike and especially Ari have the best customer service I experienced on my car hunt. They were quick to serve and offered nice vehicles that were well maintained. Ari tended to all my needs and was supportive of all my decisions. This group truly cares about you and your needs, not theirs.
I bought my daughter her first car at Zoom Auto, and the staff was very helpful through the entire process. They made the entire experience pleasant and never acted pushy or gave the impression they overly determined to sell a car. I was able to search the lot and ask questions and they gave me time to drive the car and look through it without interruption. I would strongly suggest stopping by for a solid car at a great price.
These guys are straight forward. They get their inventory and do whatever they need to to get it up to a buyers standard. Then they are fully transparent on how much they did, and the break down of their costs with everything understood for where your money is going. They are kind, respectful, and no pressure. I had a great experience with them, and would buy here again easily!
This has to be the only dealership in the valley that isn’t pushy. From the moment we walked in, they were incredibly transparent about both the financing and our options. There were absolutely no surprise BS fees—everything was laid out clearly so we knew exactly what we were paying for. They genuinely care about the vehicles they sell. We just bought a 2019 Ford Expedition, and I was blown away by their commitment to quality. Even though it was a used vehicle, they had already put thousands of dollars into it before we purchased it just to make sure it was flawless and didn't need any repairs for the next customer. If you want an honest, stress-free car buying experience, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
