I imagine this review is a little different from what Makes and Models typically receives since we weren't their typical clientele, but I'd be remiss if I didn't share what an exceptional experience we had. My company and I partnered with them to help create a memorable experience for our sales summit, and they absolutely delivered. We worked directly with Derek, the owner, who was incredible throughout the entire process. He was collaborative, professional, and genuinely excited to help bring our Full Throttle theme vision to life. He even offered to showcase his Lamborghini at our event, had it custom vinyl wrapped with our company's branding, and arranged for it to be delivered to our sales summit. It became an unforgettable centerpiece that made a huge impact on our attendees. We also worked closely with Kevin to coordinate the logistics, and he and his team were outstanding. Communication was proactive and seamless from start to finish. They consistently kept us informed, anticipated our needs, and ensured everything came together exactly as planned. The entire Makes and Models team left a lasting impression through their professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to making our event a success. Even though we weren't their typical clientele, they treated our project with the same care and attention to detail as I'm sure they do for every customer. I sincerely hope I have the opportunity to work with Derek, Kevin, and the Makes and Models team again in the future. This is a long review but well worth the read if you want to know the kind of people you are doing business with. Makes and models did an amazing job on my 2013 Audi S5. I originally came in for a pre-purchase inspection. I had told them to specifically make sure the chassis and frame was in good shape cause it was in a front end collision. Jaron squeezed me in same day and got it done which was awesome. I ended up buying the car (6 speed MT, wohooooo). I did however notice a clunking noise coming from the left side when making slow turns. I immediately brought it back and they took care of the diag fee because they did not catch bad control arm bushings all around on the inspection. That was awesome because they stood by their work and made it right. I had the control arms replaced, but still heard the noise. I went to a few different shops after that and couldn’t figure it out. I ended up looking under the car myself and quickly found a huge crack in the subframe and a peice of it was just floating!! Super unfortunate. As you can guess I was pretty frustrated because that’s the kind of thing I was looking for in the inspection. So I took it back to them. I was pretty nice, but honest about my frustrations. Don’t get me wrong, this place always gave great service. It’s filled with friendly staff who do white glove service. I knew they were good people so I wanted to see if they would make it right. I spoke with Kevin, he was awesome. He fully apologized and completely understood my side. He offered me a HUGE discount on the labor to replace the subframe and do an alignment. We ended up sourcing an authorized used part as well which they inspected to save some money on parts (my request). What is awesome about this story is that they by all means did not have to give me a discount on the labor for replacement. Most shops would have just refunded the original PPI and said good luck/sorry. In fact that’s all I was expecting as well. Makes and Models service team however, went above and beyond and made it right. It was us vrs the car. It’s so nice to feel like you’re on the same team as your shop, even when you get into some sticky situations like this. Anyways, they did the job, gave me rides to and from my house, and took care of me. Every time I’ve left this shop my car has been detailed and washed for free. In fact, the day I picked it up to take home, they cleaned my white Alcantara seats for me to bring them back to life a bit. My main point is that every business makes mistakes. The businesses that deserve your money are the ones that make it right and have your back without being asked. Even when it’s not to their benefit. I really appreciate this team and thank you to Kevin for being so cool to work with. I would still highly recommend this team for your service needs. Great work guys, I will be coming back for my future needs.

One of the best car dealerships/mechanic shops in the game! If you have a luxury car and looking for maintenance or just shopping around, I highly recommend Makes & Models. My BMW was overdue for a few things and they did an excellent job. Moving across the country to Utah and not knowing the area made it a bit stressful finding a reputable place. And I’m so glad I drove the extra distance to MM. They made me feel very comfortable and kept in touch with me the whole time. I felt very seen and heard. Somehow my car came back cleaner than how I dropped it off and the work done was top notch. They also sell everyday luxury cars and rare gems too. Once we’re in the market for a new vehicle we’ll definitely stop by here! I very rarely leave reviews but I was super impressed. The whole team was great. Thank you

Spencer welcomed us inside and was very kind, one of the first things Spencer allowed us to do was look inside the gt3 Huracan and the AMG gt3,he showed us all the vehicles on the show floor and allowed us to look at the rest of the vehicles they had on the property, over all spencer was very kind, friendly and informative about the vehicles, they have some beautiful cars from gt3 tracks cars to luxury cars like Bentley. The experience was amazing and definitely something we won't forget, and we are very thankfully for the experience we were given. The team was also very nice and friendly not just Spencer, I think if your in the salt lake city area and are car person this is must stop.
